Their shirt designs are pretty cool and the mystery box isn’t a bad choice for the price. Their shirts are a little pricey for the fact you have to pay for shipping, which even with their farfetched shipping costs it takes forever to receive. Took me over 3 weeks to get my stuff via USPS economy but they charge priority rates. There are better and cheaper JDM merchandise companies out there.

It seems like 90% of complaints are about shipping. I agree they take a while to ship, it’s slow, expensive, and hard to track, but it’s there. It’s legit. You get the items and the quality is okay. It’s not as bad as everyone makes it out to be, but definitely not worth the price.

The price for the clothes and quality would actually be fair especially for the fandom (pretty nice for Yu-Gi-Oh stuff), but the surplus for shipping is the absurd part. You’d think $40USD-$50CAD would get you good shipping times, but definitely not. Will show up about a month after shipping. Including processing times at the border… which is also pretty dumb since they keep advertising it as an American company (idrc since I’m not American), but ships from China. Drops the expectation for the price I paid.

This loses stars for each of the following:

-1 stupidly absurd shipping prices for bad shipping practices. Way too long for way too high price.

-1 misleading email ads. Says free shipping on the add. No terms and conditions anywhere. Still charged shipping.

-1 wrong item sent. I just opened it a few moments ago because I really didn’t need another hoodie, but whatever, Black Friday sale was good. Wrong item sent. Gotta see how they solve this before I change this review.

I’d give it a 4/5 for product alone, but the shipping price and handling practices are terrible.

My order has not been shipped even after one month of order. They will respond to your emails with generic answers which are of no actual help. Please do not buy anything from this website. I am disputing my transaction with the credit card company.

Ordered a box Dec 24th....Today is January 26th and I still don't have a tracking number which means it hasn't been shipped

I have asked for an update on my package. Nothing. They sent me a tracking info that’s all in Chinese and like a scanned website. Asked for an update, they said my case is being “escalated” they basically ghosted me lol
I ordered this 2 weeks before Xmas lol and oh and all the mystery items look like back stock they’re trying to get rid of. That no one would wear. And their sizing is like for 4 feet people

Placed an order January 8th for one t shirt, it is now January 25 with no follow up or tracking number. Company had no problem taking 40 bucks though. Trash company

I placed an order that was split into 2 shipments. The first half arrived in about 2 weeks. I am still waiting on the second half of my order. I emailed last week to hopefully return a couple items, because they are small and the fabric is very thin. As well as to check on the tracking for the rest of my order. I have not heard back at all. I would rather have my money back, and purchase better quality items elsewhere.

Can’t really give a good review when it’s been 2 weeks since my order and I haven’t gotten any information after my last email I sent in regards to my order. Ordered 01/01/24 and still nothing.

I have ordered from them several times over the years. But my mom ordered me stuff for Christmas the first week of December and STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

Ordered a hoodie on the 7th of December for a Christmas gift.. didn't arrive 2 weeks later(est. was 7-10 days)

Ordered and received a mystery box. Not satisfied w quality of product and size xl is really too small. I reached out via email and have not received a response. Every other attempt to contact has failed. About to notify credit card company to dispute transaction. Not happy with this company at all.

Never received my order from December 10. Tried to cancel and get refund no response! Terrible customer service! Don’t order from them!!!

Very disappointed. It is January 4th, I placed an order on December 11th and my package order is still not here. I thought they said their orders were shift from California but I looked at my tracking information and it’s coming from China. This was suppose to be a Christmas present and it did not arrive on time. This will be the last time I purchase from this company.

I will not order from this company again. I placed my order December 15, 2023, they took my money, sent me a confirmation & then nothing. My order has still not shipped & no one can tell me when it will ship. I have received no updates. I’ve asked for a refund let’s hope I get my money back.

I ordered on Dec. 10th and today is 1-2-24 and I have not received product yet. I truly hope I did not get scammed out of this . It’s a present for my grandson

I have literally been waiting for my order since November 9. I have yet to receive anything. I was provided a tracking number . However, on the website it says there is no tracking information. I have emailed them multiple times and they just sent a generic response email. They have recycled and sent me the same email multiple times. I was really looking forward to these products but now, since I have not gotten anything, I highly highly would not recommend it. Save your money and your time. I am going to try to get my money back somehow.
