Sometimes the shipping method will make you think that you’re not getting your order, but that’s because with every order there’s a third party involved, so sometimes you’ll be waiting for two months but also you can get your order in two weeks. The quality of the vintage collection is amazing, fast shipping and they also sent me a discount code and a cool sticker with my last order.

Bought the mystery pack but never got it, been almost 2 months and still nothing. No updates, no delivery, no nothing.

The box arrives after 1.5 months and the sizes of the t-shirts are where S.
Instead offering a refund or a collection.
They offered me 20% discount on my next order....
And after many backs and forth, they offered only a 20% refund on the wrong size shirts.
I cannot believe how silly this is, they refused a collection or a full refund.
Also, they took 2 weeks to reply to any communications.
That is unacceptable.

My son ordered the blue racing backpack he has only had it less then 2 weeks and it was over $60 And the zipper already broke!!! I expected better quality. I bought him a backpack from Walmart that he used for 3 years 6th-8th grade and it’s still in good condition. I hope they will replace it.

The company asked me for a review ... I ordered a mini wheel on 7/23 as a birthday gift for my fiance. The product was listed on the website otherwise why would you not disclose that it was "out of stock"? 2 weeks later I've heard nothing, not even a confirmation that the order was in process. I pulled my order number and found it's not been fulfilled so I reach out to get an update. It was pretty generic stating that they had a lot of orders and they were backed up and they were trying to get them processed as soon as possible. Several days go by and still no update. I sent another message and I get another vague reply. And another message from myself, This time they imply that they're working on production... Okay well if the item I ordered was not produced already, If it was not fabricated if it has not been manufactured, the company needs to be more transparent and let the people know.
I canceled my order, I was very disappointed. Clearly the gift for my fiance would not be here before his birthday. Most places you order from give you about a 10-day window and keep you informed on the process.

I didn't buy anything but I can see a lot of stolen art from artists I follow on social media and none of them are credited and I'm sure none of them got paid. Don't waste your money on art thieves that just slap their logo over existing (and not theirs) designs.

Great customer service
I asked about my mystery box that I ordered in the PEAK of the HOLIDAYS. It was about a month later that I actually got my box. But throughout those three weeks the customer support team was absolutely amazing. The quality of the products is the best I’ve gotten. And the designs are absolutely beautiful. Everything fits exactly how I like. I will definitely be ordering another mystery box again soon. Thank you to the customer support team that helped me.

Been waiting over a month now on my mystery box. Keep getting told “early next week” “shipment delay really set us back” started off as “3-4 week delay” that came and went weeks ago. What’s crazy is they keep coming out with “new” mystery box’s but can’t even fulfill orders xD would not recommend.

This company intentionally misleads customers. My son wanted there "Holiday Bundle", which I ordered over 20 days ago. Christmas has now come and gone, with NO update on my order.
Meanwhile they still have the product on the saying with the claim of shipping it in 3-4 days.
Trash Company.
I ordered a month ago and the package hasn't even been shipped out yet. Customer service is dancing around not wanting to give me a refund. Its sad because I love their products but they can't seem to function like an actual company. I was told 5-7 business days. Then told to wait another week at least three times now. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Believe the bad reviews. Customer service is awful, and don't forget a NO REFUND POLICY. I tried to request a refund *before my item had shipped*, and since customer service took a long time to respond, the item was being shipped after they responded, leading them to not grant a refund. Extremely annoying, do not buy.
Bought hoodies, severely disappointed
Bought two of the anime/JDM hoodies from the website. Pictures compared to the final product is definitely not what I expected. The printing of the image has to be one of the worse I’ve seen in years, looks like it was barely printed and faded out in the process. Can’t believe they would send products like this not be ashamed of it. Tried to return but would not let me since of their policy. Never will support this business again. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to support their business

I see a lot of negative reviews and I am honestly shocked. I ordered from them for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The shipping and delivery was super fast and everything looked amazing. The hoodie I ordered ran small (size up!), but they quickly fixed the issue for me. Their customer service is quick to respond, super friendly and professional all around. I would 100% recommend this company and look forward to purchasing more of their clothing in the near future!
Poor quality and Poor Experience
I ordered a Yugioh sweater that was quite expensive, the feeling of the sweater is very uncomfortable and cheap feeling. Within 2 washes and wears there is already a tear in the pouch pocket. When I reached out to the seller to complain their response was that the crap material is due to the dye process and the best they can do is offer 10% off on another product that is not yugioh related and would not exchange it for a different better feeling product because its been washed. Very expensive sweater for poor quality and poor customer experience.
