We booked a coach to and from houghton festival. Having done this last year with no problems at all we expected the same service this year. Unfortunately our driver Ahmed was an hour late to pick us up on the way to and on the way back from the festival. On top of this he insisted on a 45 minute break both ways despite the journey being only 3 hours. It ended up taking almost 6 hours to get home to north London from a festival in northfolk. To top it off he was aggressive on the drive up shouting at one of the passengers. Some of the least professional behaviour I have ever seen in a workplace. Complete pisstake. Expecting a refund.

Used Tuned in travel for two festivals this year, the staff are always really helpful when you are trying to navigate your way. Espically Justine who goes above and beyond to help her customers

Unable to contact by phone as number is not recognised, they do not reply to email or social media. I have lost my property that I want to collect, I left a bag on the coach and cannot even arrange to pick it up!

Do not trust the Flexi-plus booking option for Tuned in Travel. They tell you that a Flexi-plus ticket is fully refundable, but bury in their 'full' terms and conditions - and not in the main terms and conditions linked on their website - that you won't get either the booking fee or the price of the Flexi-plus upgrade as part of a 'full refund'. This has left me £36 out of pocket after buying what I thought were 3 fully refundable coach tickets. Customer services refused to accept any responsibility or acknowledge the lack of transparency on their part. I'll never consider using them again.

Very suspicious of this company. They don't answer questions and fob you off. Still can't understand how a return back to Bristol coach can be booked 2 days BEFORE the 1st outbound coach from Bristol.
I can't trust what i book. Very odd and looking at other reviews they seem chaotic

Used them to attend a festival near Reading in August 2023. Directions on where to wait for the coach were very unclear. About 50 of us waited at a pickup point with no bus to see. Many of us called the company, explained where we were and were told that the bus would be there soon. After 45 mins or so, the company realised we were waiting in the wrong place. By then the bus had left and the next one was full with its passengers. I took a taxi.

It seemed like the company used staff who were seasonal workers and didn’t know what they were doing. It’s fine to use temps but please train them.

The website and booking process was unexpectedly and unnecessarily long.
It would have been good to have clear instructions on where to exit the station and for the station staff to be more involved and have more info.
HOWEVER, we were greeted by Justine who was so kind and helpful which made a real difference to our travel experience. She gets 5 stars x

Company appears to be in meltdown. Have spent almost all day trying to get through, phone still ringing out after an hour and a half and actual ticket for travel has not arrived.
Info on the website about their issues would be helpful; it is, after all, where anyone seeking updates would go - and not everyone uses social media.
Way overpriced - £17.50 for a bus - yes a BUS- to travel about 14 miles is extortionately overpriced and it was not possible to buy a single ticket - it HAD to be a return so paid £36.50 for an as yet unreceived shuttle ticket. RIPOFF.
Carbon offsetting is piffle by the way - half the world is on fire quite literally after years of this offsetting nonsense which has done nothing to prevent climate change or ecocide and still you get companies banging on about it as though it makes them green..facepalm...

Such a great way to get to a festival! Everything on time as advertised and a lovely bunch of people running the show. Definitely be travelling with these guys again!

Great all round service. Used this company for travelling to a few festivals now. They seem to be growing and popping up more and more. Always been on time and coaches comfy. Takes the hassle out of driving to and (especially) back.
