I liked having access to reports prior to making my purchase. All the information on purity was easy to find and consistent with my order. Everything was going smoothly from the ordering process to delivery, plus I received an immediate reply to my questions about my batch.
I am an independent researcher and the documentation is what I check in the first place. I could obtain my Certificate of Analysis for my particular batch, look at the UPLC purity figure, and check that mass spectrometry identity testing was performed. After receiving my shipment, I could check that the lot number corresponded to the online report, which is something that does not happen often. The shipping was done in three days, the vials were packed well with proper cooling and my question regarding the reconstitution was answered in a couple of hours.
