Ghosting me, not allowing me to cancel.
I have subscribed to Tunetank, but for some reason the subscription isn't showing up in any of my accounts, so I can't cancel. However, I am still being charged. I contacted Tunetank multiple times via the support email and have been unable to cancel since July 2024. They ask for the last 4 digits of my credit card number, I provide it, and they ghost me. I am seriously disappointed in this service, especially since I have loved it so much before. I would never recommend this site to anyone ever again. I just want to cancel...
