Great customer service and fast complaint management

They answered any inquiries I had about their products and gave the necessary information I required at a quick pace. Overall a good service provided

I have an irregular size and needed something specific, they agreed and allowed me a fair bit of flexibility. The fabric used was good and I got what I needed

They use AI generated images on their platforms and then deliver inferior goods with no refund, it’s basically a scam.

I wish there was an option to rate them Zero. 
The pictures on their Instagram page and website look great but I had a - “here’s what I ordered vs a here what I received” experience. Absolutely appalling quality, some items were too small, some too big, yet I ordered a size 12.  The quality of the fabric especially the suits were thin, jackets were not lined etc 
What compounded my issue was their ineffective customer service which in my opinion is non existent. They were not willing to correct the issue i had with the order. I paid over 68k and had to toss the items. Buyer beware!
