We offer our two most popular DNA tests, Tunio Exome and Tunio Genome, as well as specialized tests for specific cases. Tunio Exome sequences the protein-coding regions of your DNA (about 1-2% of the genome, covering up to ~22,000 genes) at a typical average depth of 100x. Tunio Genome sequences your entire genetic code, coding and non-coding, at a typical depth of 30x. Your sample is sequenced at an ISO- and CAP-accredited, CLIA-certified partner laboratory, and your report is generated by a genetic specialist, with variants classified according to ACMG guidelines. You also receive your raw data (BAM and VCF files) at no additional charge, so you can revisit it as scientific knowledge grows. Tunio reports are for informational purposes only.
