Bread went mouldy, if bread wasn't upright. Very disappointed.

Breadsmart junior: what a rip-off. All of my favourite expensive fancy bread lasted only 3 days before it went mouldy....AGAIN. Even though i obtained the best possible date from the store. This product IS WORSE THAN RUBBISH. I see the plentiful awful reviews. They seem so true! No wonder with a disapointing product like this, I see Tupperware have now gone into liquidation. Dreadful product,despite keeping this box squeaky clean inside & out. I now use it as a toolbox in my shed!

I bought the 4 large size cereal bowls and am very disappointed. The bowls stick together and are very hard to get apart and the lids won't seal! I tried to get the lids to seal on the bowls and they won't . They just pop right off .Useless

I ordered a package never did get it ,very unprofessional customer service (Amy ) now they got me blocked from emails and has removed the tracking number ,did this happen to anyone else and if so did you resolve it

I bought the large breadsmart based on their advertising and the shopping cannel.
When it arrived i was totally shocked it is just plastic box with a lid.
I sent them a complaint
I have given it more than a fair amount of time to answer(i have heard nothing back at all .
None of my baked items stay fresher longer ...in fact they go mouldy quicker .....within 4 days forget upto 2 weeks fresher ....
I bought this from tupperware direct i had a discount, however £27 is lot to pay for something, that not only doesnt work ...but actually my food does not last as long ...
If there had been 0 stars that would have been my option...
Tupperware do not care about customer complaints or comments .
I should have kept my cash in my bank account

Absolutely rubbish and haven't even finished paying for it yet,wish I'd kept my breadbin,this does not work, bought 9ff high street tv

I am SO disappointed in my breadsaver. I thought the box it came in was empty it was so light. Anyway the two bits of plastic inside have not changed the fact that within the same timescale the bread is still going mouldy. I’m not sure what it has that Tupperware seem to think will make bread last longer. It doesn’t work. It is a waste of money. Don’t buy.

I absolutely hate the tupperware bread keeper. It was a total waste of money. Bread goes mouldy within 3 days and it doesn't keep any bakery goods fresh. My friend has found the same thing. Wish I could get my money back, very expensive too. Love all my other tupperware but not this 😏

Complete waste of money, they charge 4 times more for the same item and the quality isn't even that good

Tupperware breadbin is a total rip off and waste of money. Bread went mouldy in no time at all. Stays fresh for longer in it's original wrapping in normal bread bin. Very very disappointed 😞 reading other reviews look's like Tupperware have no intention of addressing the issue or refunding the money.

I e mailed tuppeware as the bread bin I purchased did not keep my bread any longer than keeping it in the plastic bag which it came in.
I did not get a reply and have wasted my money.
I used to like tuppeware items but will not be buying any more.

I have been buying a lot of Tupperware containers over the years in India. But whenever I need to replace the worn out lids (it is free as per their lifetime guarantee), I usually face refusal from the dealers and the standard excuse is that ants have eaten the lids (I'm sure this has been taught to them by the company)!! I know for sure that there are NO ants where I keep the containers and the breakage is obviously due to wear and tear and certainly not due to insects! I tried writing an email to their customer care dept. and also sent a reminder but there is no response after 10 days. Their customer care number is not received by anyone inspite of repeated calls during their working hours.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING EXPENSIVE TUPPERWARE PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE CERTAINLY NOT LIFELONG AND THEY DO NOT REPLACE THE BROKEN PARTS AS PROMISED

16/8/24 - I would like to add that after repeated emails sent on their customer service email
ID(which were acknowledged) and unanswered phone calls to thier customer service number, I have still not heard back from Tupperware regarding my complaint!

Purchased the overpriced potato and onion bins for the pantry that claimed to keep your produce fresh. What a waste of money! I can’t even sell them for $10 at a garage sale!

Tupperware Bread Bin. Simply does not do what it claims. Bread going mouldy after only a couple of days. Don’t waste your money.

I was thinking of buying one of these bread bins but after reading this lot of reviews no way, and why haven't tuperware replied.

Not happy at all I’ve been a huge fan of Tupperware for many years and this product is not worth a penny

I would give 0 stars! Purchased filtered water bottle and extra cartridges. I tried everything to get the water to come up straw and I just got a headache and sore cheeks. I asked distributor what to do and she said to send back. Asked if I get a shipping label and she said no. Had to wrap up with packing slip and pay for Shipping back.Got an email from Tupperware stating I was getting a refund just on purchase not Shipping at all. The refund was .79 less of purchase price. Was told by distributor that the .79 less was tax they charged on shipping! After many phone calls (call centers can't help you) and emails my refund was for full purchase price, shipping I paid to me plus the .79 tax on shipping. They informed me that because the $8.60 to return product was not paid to Tupperware I could not be refunded that! So the customer pays to return your faulty product? How ridiculous! Any other company I have purchased a faulty product I get a FULL refund! Will never purchase from again!

Bought the Breadsmart bundle direct from Tupperware Direct online and what a total waste of money it is. Bread stored as per directions is mouldy within 4 days, waste of time trying to return it as we have had the two bins since late March and used them so as far as Tupperware are concerned they cannot be re-sold as food has been in them. Not many other uses for a bread bin. DO NOT BUY, it is a ripoff.
