Breadsmart bin doesn’t work what a waste of money

I bought the can opener on the recommendation of others but I did stipulate it needed to open large rim lids. Well I can tell you now it’s useless for these cans.

Actually less than 1 star. For anyone thinking of buying. DONT one lady said very expensive peice of plastic. TUPPERWARE this is an expensive Dudd and we pay alot of money for the brand. After 4 days white and green fluffy mould growing. I worst part is I bought both so I have been stung TWICE oouch.

I ordered the bread bin plus the fridge containers. My bread either goes mouldy or hard. The fridge tubs are also rubbish. I used correctly however they got water in them. Not at all impressed. Very poor quality. I have been told I can have a replacement however I don’t think I really want them again.

Breadsmart large one, not happy. Bread still soft, but covered in mould. Very expensive plastic box.

I bought the BreadSmart Junior and Tupperware should be done for false advertising!!! Day 1 - put in a just bought loaf, Day 2 - the bread was already going stale, Day 3 - the whole loaf was stale. By Day 7 the entire loaf was covered in green mould and white fuzz!!! Biggest problem? Because I purchased it from GSD, it took over 3 weeks to be delivered and by the time I had tried it it was out of guarantee and, even though I have many Tupperware products, I certainly don't want credit from Tupperware as I would never buy from them again!

I called customer service to inquire about returning a skillet that the Teflon was peeling off of. They informed me that it was going to be discontinued soon so if I sent it in now I should be able to get a new skillet. But if not I would have the choice of keeping my old skillet, they would send it back or a credit.
It took 6 months for them to get back to me. After numerous phone calls on my behalf.
Yesterday I was informed that the skillet has been discontinued and I can have a credit to be used in the brochure that they sent me. IRONICALLY, on page 25 of the brochure was the skillet..
When I inquired as to why they cannot give me a replacement I was sent this letter...

I understand your concerns, however, the grill you mentioned from page 25 is exclusively available as part of a set, therefore, the warranty team is not able to use it for warranty replacements. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Does that mean if I buy the set and the Teflon peels on one of my pots that they're going to give me an entirely new set.... I DON'T THINK SO.
At this point I have not received any confirmation that they will send me back the skillet....

BUYER BEWARE! TUPPERWARE ARE LIARS WHEN IT COMES TO THE WARRANTY OF THEIR POTS AND PANS

My bread went mouldy in 6 days why ?

Shocked to see a tiny plastic box i paid $60 for!! What a waste of time and money. Wish i had read reviews sooner.

$69.90 inc postage for a piece of plastic junk that fails miserably in it's claim to keep your bread fresh . After less than a week bread is so mouldy even the chooks won't touch it ! Keep your bread in the freezer , it lasts for months , and a few seconds in the microwave , and it's as though it was baked today . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TUPPERWARE JUNK .
P.S. If there was a zero or negative star rating this garbage would have it .

I bought the large bread container due to the tv advert but mould has already formed on the bread I bought a few days ago- what a disappointment as Tupperware in the past was a brand to trust !

I have had this product for just over a month and am so disappointed. The bread stays lovely and soft but goes mouldy far quicker than it did when I simply stored it in its bag. I am no longer able to risk using it and feel you need to know that Tupperware are selling a product way below standard. They are not cheap either!

Bought the BreadSmart which is supposed to keep bread "soft and delicious for longer". Despite following all the instructions the bread remained soft but we can't eat it after max 4 days because of amount of blue mould. I have never experienced mould like it on bread or rolls. Gone back to my snap lock boxes and put the BreadSmart down to an expensive mistake.

Total waste of money, tupperware is a status item only!!! Better quality at any store ( not tupperware) ànd far below the eye watering prices IE did foolishly buy a sandwich container, lid didn't fit , poor quality item, it's now only good for mixing paint samples,save your cash Go to your nearest local store ànd get better quality better prices

I bought the small tupperware breadsmart and within 1 week the bread started to go mouldy. It stays soft but mould gathers all along the bottom of the bread.
A total waste of money, and its not exactly cheap to buy.

We ordered the Tupperware Breadsmart from the Daily Mirror.

Have found it really disappointing with crusts of bread going hard in two days very overpriced and non usable .

Horrible quality. Lids will not fit on bowls.

What kind of a joke is Tupperware warranty? I spent $14 posting my broken lid back and then an admin fee of $3 ish only to get a $15 voucher I'll never be able to use! I will NEVER buy Tupperware again.

I ordered the large Tupperware for bread as I thought it would keep my bread fresh and mould free, but boy was I wrong within 2 week's mould appeared on the bread and considering how much this was, I was really disappointed.

Tupperware used to have a trusted warranty program and this is no longer the case. They are now no longer honoring their warranties, at least in Australia. What they call "warranty" is actually a "repair cost" which is almost as much as the original price of the item. Their customer service is terrible and email responses are nonsensical and does not answer the questions asked. I will never buy Tupperware ever again. For the price, I would expect the promised warranty.
