ordered 3 months ago never got anything they’re dropshippers they don’t even fulfill their orders they’re scammers, i’ve reported them to shopify already

My son purchased a car from this website without me really checking whether it was ok to do so. A few days later he says “Mum, I think I made a terrible mistake, the reviews are awful”.
I contacted customer services to see if I could cancel the order, they came straight back to say it had already been shipped….from China.
So we waited and waited for delivery, constantly wondering whether it would arrive or whether it would be anything like we were expecting it to be.
Today it arrived, albeit around 3-4 weeks after we ordered. It’s a little smaller than we expected but other than that my son is absolutely thrilled with the car. It has lights, sounds, pull back motion. It is very much a replica of the supercar he loves (I can’t remember what it’s called!).
So in short, the company needs to be more transparent about where it’s shipping from, I wouldn’t order from them again based on this. The car is good, maybe a bit overpriced for what it is, but my son was not disappointed in the end.

I bought a car on December 16th 2024 and they never sent it. When I asked for a refund they told me to call to USPS to look for the package. Totally a fraud, don't throw away your money with them.

I payed €80 for the jesko and the mysterie car, the mysterie car is made from the cheapest plastic and the jesko is not even close to what is advertised.

I want to get my money refunded, but I already destroyed the box when unwrapping and threw it out.

Scam!!! Please don't buy from this company. I received a piece of junk that wasn't what I ordered, and they wanted me to pay shipping to return it to China. Tell everyone not to order from these scammers

Stay far away this company is all fraud. They are a front for Chinese's company who doesn't ship the goods on time and the quality is like a $.10 toy car. NOT even close to what they portray online. When i asked them for refund they send email after email with nonsense. i stopped payment with the credit card company and suggest anyone with the same issues do the same.

Ordered two cars for my son in october 2024. They still haven't arrived - but they have taken my money of course.
I have tried to get in contact with them many times - but no replies.

❌DO NOT BUY❌ Its a scam. My worst experience ever. They advertise one thing and sell you a complete btec version. The models advertised are nothing like that which you actually receive. What’s worse are the mystery models 😭

I ordered the Lamborghini svj model; half the features didn’t even work lol. Later on I seen the same model on Ali express for less than half the price.

I even payed extra for delivery and the order came 2 months later if not longer; in between I even tried contacting them but had no response what so ever although they were still posting ever so frequently. But it all makes sense as it’s coming from China lol 🤦🏽‍♂️

Fake ah models from china. Worth less than $10 and they charge $60 in pretense of a deep discount. Avoid this scam of a Chinese supplier racket. Models don’t match size and pictures.

A Total scam as many are pointing out here. They will issue you a label to state that they can't cancel your order. They create a label, but for days you won't see any progress on the chinese "legit" website that tracks it.
I'm fighting them with Paypal and my bank, won't pay for bad product and scams.
We should also bomb their youtube channel, that's how they lure my kids into thinking this would be a great product.

Told me it was my fault that they didn't ask for my number to add in the shipping address, so they couldn't refund me. It's so crazy. I don't have the car and I don't have the refund. Wasted money.

Models the size off a hand, has a latch for batteries, but absolutely nothing inside.

Expensive price paired with inferior quality. The model arrives with a defective door. A ridiculous €5 is offered as compensation. Upon request to take back the defective product, you are asked to send it back. You can also buy it new for the return costs, which is a lot cheaper. After all, it is their fault for sending defective goods and making the customer bear the costs. Unfortunately, the product was sold out at the time, so I thought I would order it there. The customer service always replies back with the same statement without going into a solution. So do yourselves a favour and don't buy from China, because they simply don't take you seriously and continue fraudulently.

Absolute overpriced toot. Waited months for the item, back and forth with emails only to reciece something I could buy at a corner shop for quarter the price.
Didn’t reciece the surprise car deal either unless the surprise was there wasn’t one.
Based in the USA but all from China. Don’t buy anything from these guys. Other sites have them as a dangerous site and scammers. They had a score of 14.5 out of a 100. Wished id checked them out before this experience.
