Almost 4 Years at Turing – A Truly Great Experience
I’ve been working at Turing for almost 4 years now, and it has been an amazing journey so far. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with incredibly talented people and supportive managers who genuinely care—not just about the work, but about you as a person.
Turing is a people-first company. They prioritize a healthy, non-toxic work culture where everyone is respected and valued. The environment is both competitive and encouraging, which pushes you to grow while still feeling supported every step of the way.
In my experience, it’s rare to find a company that puts this much thought and care into its employees’ well-being. If you’re considering joining Turing, I can honestly say it’s a great place to grow your career and be part of something meaningful.

Thriving at Turing
I joined Turing as a contractor in 2023, and today, I’m proud to be part of the team as a full-time employee. Reflecting on my journey so far, it’s been an incredibly fulfilling experience. While every professional path has its challenges, mine at Turing has been exceptionally smooth, supportive, and focused on growth.
One of the standout aspects of working at Turing is the culture of trust and ownership. From day one, I’ve been given the autonomy to take initiative and make meaningful contributions, something that has greatly accelerated my confidence and career development. The leadership is approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in creating a collaborative work environment.
Work-life balance is also deeply respected here, which has made a real difference in my overall well-being.
The people at Turing are another highlight. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with talented and passionate individuals from across the globe. Every interaction is a chance to learn and grow, and there’s a genuine sense of community that makes each day both enjoyable and meaningful.
Overall, it’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m excited about what lies ahead. Turing is a place where I’ve been able to grow, contribute meaningfully, and evolve both professionally and personally.

Amazing journey at Turing
I have been part of Turing since late 2024. And it has been an amazing journey. The kind of learning I have been doing is impeccable. I have an amazing team to work with. And unlike other usual jobs, I have been doing work in all direction which is giving me a lot of learnings and experience!
Kudos to team Turing.
Life-Changing and Career-Defining
This is my first experience working with a globally distributed team, and it has truly been life-changing. Collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, while navigating language and cultural differences, has been both a challenge and a growth opportunity.
What Turing does exceptionally well is maintaining an output-based performance structure and a clearly defined hierarchy, which makes it possible to efficiently manage a large number of developers across various projects. It’s not perfect, but there’s a clear and continuous effort to improve.
Personally, this journey has been transformative. My contributions have been recognized at multiple levels, and I’m excited about what lies ahead. I look forward to making even greater impact within the company.
Great Place for AI and LLM Career Growth
The company has a strong working culture that encourages collaboration and respect. There's a clear focus on professional growth, with plenty of opportunities to learn and upskill. I especially appreciate the chance to work on cutting-edge AI and LLM training projects. Leadership is supportive. A bit more structured feedback and recognition could make the experience even better.

Working at Turing has been a highly enriching experience. The work environment encourages growth, innovation, and ownership. I’ve had the opportunity to work on challenging global projects that have enhanced my skills both technically and professionally.
A special mention to my manager, Ankit, who has been exceptionally supportive, providing clear guidance and trusting me with responsibilities that helped me grow. Our HR, Parag, is always approachable and ensures that every employee feels heard and supported.
Turing’s remote-first culture, transparency, and focus on employee well-being truly set it apart. I’m grateful to be part of a team where collaboration and continuous learning are valued.
Very High Cut from Developers
I have worked with them for more than 2 years. They used to charge the Client - US $14,500 and they would give me $6,000. The client was from US.
Now tell me which sane company would keep them for more than a few months? At this rate any company can hire developers locally even in San Francisco. They need to change their strategy.
Their business model might be good but extremely greedy and because of that they're on a constant decline while their competitors are doing great because they have very low margin they can keep 20% cut and developers and companies both will love that but having more than 60% cut is not acceptable no matter where you live.
After the contract ended they couldn't even find me another job because clients don't like them a lot.
Turing's Experience
My experience at Turing so far has taught me a lot about a new market. The company provides the resources I need to do my job and has a very skilled team. On top of that, it has a very robust and well-organized structure.
Overall, my experience has been great and has brought a very positive shift in both my personal and professional life.
I wouldn't call it "perfect" just because there's always that bit of anxiety — the uncertainty of “What about tomorrow? Will I still be working?” I’ve seen many teams go into workpause, and that affects.
Happy at Turing
I've really enjoyed my time at Turing, especially the open culture that fosters creativity and collaboration. I appreciate the flexible working hours that allow for focused work without constant meetings, which boosts my productivity. The challenges in my work keep me motivated and help me grow. Overall, I feel supported and empowered in this team!
Valuable learning and global exposure with a Project-based flow.
Overall, my experience at Turing has been positive. I’ve grown professionally, I enjoy being part of a global team and the flexibility of remote work. One thing that’s important for new people to know is that Turing operates on a project-based model, which means that after completing one assignment, there may be a waiting period before being matched with the next. So adaptability is the key! That said, the team is supportive, the opportunities are exciting and the learning never stops.
My journey at Turing has been truly…
My journey at Turing has been truly enriching and professionally fulfilling. Over my tenure here, I have had the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that constantly challenges me to evolve and push my boundaries.
One of the most remarkable aspects of my experience has been the continuous learning curve. Turing has played a crucial role in enhancing my technical and interpersonal skills. From adopting new technologies to working across diverse teams, every project has contributed to my growth.
The culture of agility and innovation at Turing is unmatched. We move fast, adapt quickly, and deliver efficiently—this has helped me become more proactive and solutions-oriented. I’ve especially valued the collaborative spirit within the team, where every member supports one another, ensuring collective success.
A special mention goes to my subordinates, who have been incredibly committed and enthusiastic. Working with them has not only made daily tasks more engaging but has also reinforced my leadership capabilities. Their dedication and positive attitude have significantly contributed to our team’s milestones.
Overall, my tenure at Turing has been a time of learning, growth, and achievement. I’m proud to be part of an organisation that empowers individuals and fosters a culture of excellence
Good culture of ownership
Good culture of ownership, lot of freedom to drive work in my own way without excessive prescription from leadership.
Leaders seem quite clear on vision and set on execution path.
