Great location, great experience.
I did hair transplant surgery there and so far I am glad with the results.
The surgery took longer than expected and the wait time was slightly long. Otherwise, glad with the medical team’s work.

I had my dental veneers done about nine months ago, and I wanted to share my experience after giving it enough time. So far, the results have been very natural and consistent, with no color changes or issues, which was one of my main concerns.

Their care and attention continued even after the treatment was completed. Whenever I had a question or needed advice, they were responsive and supportive. The quality of the work is noticeable, from the materials used to the overall finish.

My is Vladimir I live in United States. I first heard about the Turkeysna clinic thru a friend who went there and told me about it . I’m a type a person that has to see the results first. The did the hair transplant and the result was absolutely amazing. I was impressed to the that made me go there and try myself and surely it was the best decision I made. I want to share something that I didn’t realize until going through this myself. This clinic shows a 4+ rating on Google, but that number seems misleading. Every time I’ve posted an honest review about my experience, it gets flagged almost instantly. I’ve had to resubmit multiple times, even though everything I wrote was accurate and supported by photos and weeks of messages.

My situation hasn’t been resolved. I was told many times that a plan was “coming soon,” but nothing concrete has ever been sent. The only fast replies I get are right after I post a review, which says a lot. Meanwhile, my reviews keep getting removed or pushed into “not published” status.

I’m writing this here because Trustpilot doesn’t seem to hide client feedback the way Google does, and people deserve to see the full picture. If you’re considering this clinic, just be aware of how the review system has been handled and the difficulty I’ve had getting a real solution

My name is Maick and this was my experience getting a hair transplant.
it took me 2 years to make the decision to get hair transplant. After meeting someone who had it done years ago, that person recommended me Turkeyana. He and his brother had hair transplant and they were both very satisfied. After meeting him I did some research on my own and compared different clinics side by side. In my research I learned that Turkeyana is not in the top 10 most recognized companies and I also found out there were some bad reviews. As I continued to research deeper I found out that all of the bad reviews Turkeyana had are related to the dental side of the clinic not hair transplant related so that gave me more confidence when making my decision. Also when comparing apples to apples with what other clinics offer, Turkeyana offers the same thing at a much more affordable price. To be honest with you, I was a little concerned on my way there due to the price difference with the same service but yet I took the chance because it was recommended to me first hand by someone I met. Now I concluded that the other clinics are charging way more for the same service or even less services, just because of their reputation being in the top ten clinics. In other words, these top ten clinics are charging way more just for their name.
Now my experience:
I traveled from USA to Istanbul and they had someone waiting for me at the airport. VIP transportation included in the package. I requested to be brought directly to the clinic for my evaluation and scheduled the surgery thereafter. The team made their final suggestions and upon agreement and after payment they began the hair transplant. Yes it’s true that some people in the team don’t speak English as I read in others reviews but that’s ok because you do have a translator available for you at all times. It has been 10 days now after my surgery. I’m back home. It all seems to me progressing and healing according to plan. I still ask questions and they answer within reasonable time.
The clinic looks amazing. They invested in having a great looking clinic. Fancy and like high-tech with electronic doors like a futuristic spaceship.
The service was great.
Everyone was very professional starting with my contact person Iqra. Iqra was the person who I was in touch with from the very beginning. I asked her a ton of question before and during my stay in Istanbul and she was always very patient with me and diligent. I’m so glad that I made the choice to do my hair transplant with Turkeyana. I’m planing to share my experience with the public through YouTube and other platforms and just wanted to let you know how happy I am with everything.
Iqra will also make sure you receive everything that was agreed and promised. I loved the fact that they honored what they say. There were instances when I felt they might not do as I was told and sure enough everything that I was promised I received. If I was missing a bottle of vitamins all I had to do was send a text to Iqra and in minutes someone was bringing my bottle no questions asked.
Even on my departure after a few extra days in Istanbul, they honored their transportation agreement back to the airport although it was 8 days after my surgery and I was in a different hotel further from the clinic. That to me was a testament that they honored their word. I have so many great things to say about Turkeyana and my experience there that this message would get way too long so I think you got my point. I loved the team that performed the surgery on me. I’m so thankful to each one of them including my translators Mahamed and Ali for their great work.

Please don’t ever go here. They did huge damage to my mouth. I have filled lawsuits against them. Waiting on several more to join in. Horrible place want more info look me up. Please don’t I mean don’t let them work on you. Most of there reviews are fake aswell we also are gathering many people now for malpractice suite. Please please even look me up

I had my procedure done, and it went great from the staff to the procedure. I would highly recommend for anyone.

I recently underwent a hair implant procedure at this clinic and had a very positive experience. The staff were highly professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and confident. I chose the hybrid technique, and I’m very satisfied with the results so far. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Good communication but as English is second language here it can get confusing some times. Overall staff try their best to explain just takes time but information gets through. Experience was good and price is fair. Would recommend this clinic for future.

Its a scam, i got hair transplant done in 2023 but my crown was still bald at all. First of all they don’t really communicate and now finally they ready to do second hair transplant done in half price. But most of other clinic said no as they already took 4000 grafts dont know how , it looks very weak now. I am definitely going with again even they offering me half price. Beware

Scam Warning – Avoid This Hair Clinic in Istanbul ⚠️

I want to share my experience to warn others. What was supposed to be a simple hair implant procedure turned into a nightmare.

1️⃣ Arrival & Hotel Experience

On arrival at Istanbul airport, the driver who picked us up did not speak English and was rude. He dropped us at the hotel and left, with no one telling us what was next, when we would be collected, or what time. I had to call the clinic myself for information.

The hotel room at the Crowne Plaza was dirty, so we requested to be moved to a different hotel. We still haven’t received our deposit back, almost 4 weeks later.

2️⃣ Clinic Experience

The next day, I was taken to the clinic. The clinic itself looked nice and clean.

I was taken to the doctor’s office and had to wait 40 minutes for the doctor to arrive. When he came:

He did not speak English.

He was dressed casually, like he was there to clean the office.

The translator and doctor spoke in their own language, then the doctor looked at my head for 30 seconds. The translator said I would need 6,500 grafts, which doubled the price and meant two operations.

The doctor just walked out while the translator and I discussed the price.

3️⃣ Payment & Pre-Surgery

I told them I would not proceed if the price was that high. The translator got upset and asked if I would pay cash. I agreed: $2,000 cash, $700 on card. They added 10% card fee, which I reluctantly paid.

They did blood tests, but I never received the results.

They shaved my head and took me to the surgery room with three staff who didn’t speak English. The doctor was never seen again.

4️⃣ Surgery Experience

My head was numbed with injections, which were very painful.

During the procedure:

Staff were answering phones and watching TV, laughing.

The door was left open, and I could hear people walking and chatting.

I had to signal multiple times that parts of my head were hurting, and they had to re-inject three times.

The whole operation took about 7 hours.

After surgery, I was taken back to the hotel with no instructions.

5️⃣ Post-Surgery & Follow-Up

The next day, I was collected 12 hours later for a head wash.

The staff was rude.

She washed my head too early (less than 24h after surgery).

She tried to sell me shampoo and head cleaner for $2,000 USD – almost the price of the operation! I refused, and she became irritable, then sent me back to the hotel.

I heard nothing from the clinic for 5 days until it was time to return to the airport.

6️⃣ Departure Problems

I was told the car would collect me at 9 PM, but had to wait until 10 PM.

I was informed the car broke down.

When the car arrived, there was another passenger to drop off before I could go to the airport. I had no choice but to go with the flow.

7️⃣ Lack of Care & Follow-Up

It has been four weeks since the operation, and no one from the clinic has contacted me to check on my recovery.

❌ Conclusion:
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. You would be better off doing the operation in your own country. The experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and costly.

They switched what doctors was doing my surgery and didn’t tell me, I didn’t know till I got there. They did not book me into the hotel I chose and paid for, instead they put me in a rundown hotel with horrible beds. They promise you a translator with be with you every step of the way but my translator didn’t show the day of my surgery. I paid to have a breast augmentation and lift but I was not happy with the results, I knew something wasn’t right. I had two different consultations with plastic surgeon once I got back home to Canada and was told by both doctors that the Turkish doctor did not do a lift at all so now I have to have another surgery and pay again for a breast lift. The turkeyana clinic charged me thousands of dollars for services I did not get, switched plastic surgeons on me without my knowledge and did not take care of me like they claim to do in there ads and websites. The hospital staff and doctors assistant were not friendly at all.
It is now Sept 16 2025 and I still have not gotten any answers from Turkeyana Clinic.

I would like to share my experience regarding the dental bridge prosthesis I received.

I had the bridge installed on August 5, 2025, and as of September 1, 2025, nearly a month later, I am still experiencing severe pain, discomfort, and sensitivity to hot and cold items. My attempts to reach the clinic for assistance have been unsuccessful. Even when I sent a local agent to their office, there was no response. Communication via text has also been extremely inadequate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic for any dental procedures. They do not provide support when complications arise, and I have found them to be quite dishonest.

Terrible after care, my husband got infected and his implants fell out. We had a specialist doctor in Australia tell us it was the way the treatment was done. So please don’t take the chance

I like this doctor he took has time and very patient the assistant is very good as will I will recommend this clinic for everyone who want to do their teeth am very much impressed about my new smile
