I recently had my hair transplant done with Turk Hair Institute at their clinic in Cologne and overall it was a very good experience.
From the beginning everything was well organized. My coordinator Ms. Meryam was very helpful and stayed in contact with me the whole time. She answered all my questions before the procedure and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. The medical team was professional and friendly. The procedure took several hours but everything was explained step by step and the staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time. After the procedure they also gave clear instructions about the recovery and what to do in the following days.

You know in my career I’ve been working in the hospital field for 25 years and I was responsible for Customer Service and information services. Usually if a customer leaves a review… It’s a complaint! This review I’m leaving is most definitely not a complaint. I was very hesitant about coming from Chicago to a clinic in Turkey to get my hair transplant. But, I sent in an inquiry out and got so many return calls from many clinics. Then, I received a return call from a young lady named Maria. She stood out above the others that called me from other clinics because she was professional, her English is excellent and at that time she seemed more concerned about me as a customer than trying to make a dollar. I am a very careful person and I’m also a “Perfectionist.” This young lady was very responsive about getting back to me. She was also very kind and the first thing in my mind was (I hope she’s not doing this just to get me there).😃 But I waited and really thought about it deciding that this was the clinic I would try. Upon my arrival I was picked up at the airport in a “Maybach” and brought to the hotel. Nice hotel right next door to the clinic. After meeting the staff at the clinic, I was blown away at their professionalism, their subject knowledge, kindness and their smiles. I’ll make this long story short and just tell you, I had my eyebrows filled, and I had my hairline put back to the way it was when I was a teenager.😉 Remember I’m a perfectionist and they could not have done a better job. I am BEYOND HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK! If you’re trying to debate as to which Clinic in Istanbul, you definitely want to go to get your Hair Restoration there! Please look no further! Your Initial consultation and work is done by the doctors and the extraction is done under the doctor’s care. Your graphs are place by a doctor (not a tech).
