After having problems in buying adequate food supplies for 19 residents in a care home I have increased my weekly food from Turner Price Hull.
I also changed the method of ordering from fax to intenet. This has gone very well. I have had a number of queries which have been dealt with very successfully by helpful staff.

Had an issue with our order, phoned in and a lady from a different department helped and we got it sorted whilst the sales team were busy Thankyou

They have been brilliant with all whats going off, thankyou for your support , im the head cook at a nursing home and we are facing challenging times, on lockdown, but Turner Price have supported the changes, and we continue to feed the lovely residents with only a few changes.

Turner price are a new company for us and so far my dealings with them have been fantastic! From the moment Kate first stepped foot into my office and began telling me about Turner Price she has not faltered from being 100% at giving all she can to make our new relationship a success. Her ‘lady in the office’ Sue is also fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and even though my orders so far have been placed online, she has still called us to check that we’ve not forgotten anything and to update me with any news she has! As a new business partnership I think it’s going very well, long may it continue!! 😊
