Complete scam! Charged my CC for a medication and then delayed it days and now has cancelled the order. Tons of people on Reddit have posted about the same thing happening to them. They need to be investigated. I want my refund!

Placed an order with this company. They then canceled the order with the pharmacy, without saying anything, and then today I got a permanently canceled email. There was literally no communication from them for anything. No explanation. No apology. And so far no refund.

Company offered a deal for compounded tirzepatide. After doing an intake, writing a prescription, and sending my meds to a pharmacy, they cancelled the order without contacting me or providing any information. Their website contains erroneous information (for example, they include Trustpilot rating of 4.6) and there is no way to contact the company directly by phone.

Placed an order for tirzepatide through their website, I was approved and written a prescription which was sent to Emerald Pharmacy, then Human+ canceled the order with them. The website has been pulled down, the email is undeliverable, and they are not responding through the chat portal. They took my money and I don’t think I’m getting a product. Scam.

Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Ordered a "special" they advertised for $29 through a compounding pharmacy. Went through intake, Dr reviewed and approved. Sent to pharmacy and was awaiting fulfillment and shipping. Next time I check it says pharmacy error. Call the pharmacy and they tell me Human Plus canceled all of the orders to the pharmacy. No correspondence received from them and their website is down and emails come back undelivered. Seems like a VERY POOR company that has no idea how to fulfill orders when they run a special and then just shut it all down instead of make it right. Hopefully all that got canceled dispute the charges with their credit card company so this company gets a bad name. Terrible service is too nice to say.
