If you can't fulfill a promise don't sell it. I paid this through Houzz but later it was cancelled by the seller because it was not available.

to your response. Houzz said one (1) was available for delivery within 2 weeks but later they said none was available and I need to wait and it was cancelled by the seller. we did not cancel.

Product availability a 5. Shipping a 5. Customer service a 5. Price was a tad higher so a 4. Great overall purchase for sure!

When I had an issue with an order, tuscanbasins were responsive and helpful.

Charged my credit card BEFORE providing an order review screen or place to input the supposed discount code.

I purchased 2 Undermount Glass sinks through Houzz from TuscanBasins and I am happy to report total satisfaction and appreciation.
Too often the purchase arrives shattered or missing parts or instructions. Not the case here. From the moment of receiving a friendly Order Confirmation e-mail to unpacking the item, it was a pleasure. The sinks arrived in a box that clearly gave the name of the item, superbly ensconsed in a foam protective casing, template and hardware all there. The basin , made in China, is at least 1/2 inch thick glass, frosted, smooth edges - quality. They are going into a custom-made soapstone top, and should be a great combo. Many thanks to Houzz for carrying this and to all the folks at Tuscanbasins for being dedicated to quality and professionalism.

I pre-ordered and paid for my buffet. Yes, I desperately wanted this piece! Fortunately for me the owner guaranteed a 4 to 6 week delivery. I called every week and he answered the phone every time.
It came in 5 weeks WITH white glove delivery and was well worth the money and wait! It is absolutely STUNNING! Thank you Tuscan Basins!

Horrible experience. Ordered my vanity from them on Feb 6th and today is Feb 23rd and still have not received. I contacted customer service and they give you canned responses, then you talk to someone else then you get a totally different response and very rude each time you communicate with them. No one can tell me straight when I will actually receive the vanity!!!!! And now they are resorting to blaming the shipping company that they chose and that it is not there issue! It was promised to be delivered to me on Feb 15th!

I have ordered from this company in the past and have had great service but at this point and with my recent interaction, I will never ever shop with them ever again!!!!!!!

The faucet I ordered is beautiful. I cannot wait to have it installed in our new home. The faucet was shipped quickly. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

The product with a 5% discount due to cost over $499 made them the least expensive place. Shipped 2 days out, arrived when promised by FedEx No Damage.

Interesting timing that they are asking for a review right now. I ordered my vanity on 1/24. The delivery estimate was 1/31-2/7. It is 2/7 and the estimated delivery is now 2/17. The customer service agent explained that "half the country is covered in snow" and that could be the cause for delay as the item "is shipping from L.A." Since I live in Texas, weather should not be a delay from CA to TX. I can't really elaborate on the quality of the product yet but so far the delivery has not been expeditious or convenient.

I saved 100 dollars off the best price Lowes could give me, and that was after shipping!

The vanity arrived and had the features you would find in pieces costing much more. The quiet close hardware, the finishes and even the inside of the drawers and cabinets are finished with same quality material as the exterior of the vanity.
