Enjoyed the third session a lot with learning deep on Leadership. I like the refresh of Clarity- Strategy - Execution. For 3 different quality types of Leaders, Speed is the crux.

The 2-day :"7-day PMP challenge" session is loaded with many pro tips on how to prepare and attempt PMP exam like pro with confidence.

Day 5 class gave me a clear and detailed understanding of all 8 performance domains and how they drive real project success. Tushar explained how each domain is rooted in behaviour, leadership, and the impact we create as project managers. It truly connected the “why” behind effective project delivery.

Few key takeaways are:
Success is based on behaviour, not documents
Each domain strengthens decision-making, collaboration, and value delivery
Strong behaviours and people skills are just as important as tools and processes

What a mind blowing session we had today.. defining a personal codex for ourselves and building our perfect day.. Got a clarity of what exactly is needed both personally and professionally. It was an eye opener for me because what I thought was very difficult for me to do is now made easy by Tushar. He just gave us the codex through which we can mould ourselves and become successful in both professional and personal lives

You need to create the code of conduct /constitution for your personal life also and follow that for your day to be perfect to achive what you are really seeking in life.

6 secrets to reach top in any profession is very important especially for a person with mediocre mindset.
Bulb on moment was- A smart person learns from his mistake but a clever person learns from others mistakes thought me to focus more on not just wht I do but learn from others.
Always have an open mind for learning instead of thinking I know everything, be present in the situation
