Paid yesterday 30$ for Level 2 account. Store says it takes about 30-60mins for delivery. Now waiting since 15 hours and no email reply.
Also no answer from support via mail until now and not even able to find the support contact via Telegram.
For now i dont know if it was a scam or if it just takes longer.
