Awful experience. Returned items back to Spain which is initial supplier. Waited 14 days for refund which still isn’t in my bank account. Multiple emails sent (even converted to Spanish). Mostly ignored. Had an email
to say refund processed but still no money. Over £100 is waiting! They have said they haven’t received one of the items that I sent back which I know was in the box. So so frustrated!!!! Now emails being ignored.
