Horrible exchange return from USA

Horrible exchange return from USA. They only offer a POBox return address and only company able to return to them is the USPS with 21 business days, no tracking, and $81 to ship one dress back. Do not order if from USA!!!!! Sizing inconsistent. Customer service is awful.

Horrible exchange experience

We decided to spend the money and purchase a very expensive skirt on the website for a special occasion for my daughter. Unfortunately, the sizing was not accurate, and we purchased a smaller skirt for the purpose of an exchange. We were not aware that we would have to ship back to Australia. The cost of the shipping well exceeded $100 and was more than the cost of the skirt. We asked the vompany to send us a shipping label considering that we had purchased two skirts from the store and we’re only seeking to return one. They refused. I would never purchase again from the store because there is no way to return an item if it’s the wrong fit. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.

Returns scam

Ordered on the US site. Be aware: All orders are dispatched from their warehouse in Sydney, AU and this is their only return address on your own cost. Frustrating return policy!!! Not clear when purchased.

Terrible

Hi I just received my order, the collar is sticking up to my daughter's face and all the flowers are folded over and look faulty, and unfinished, for the price of what I payed I expected better. All crinkled. I am very disappointed with the quality of this item! When I pay this much for a dress I expect it to be delivered perfect lay and it is far from that! Never again and do not recommend! Rather buy from Bardot junior! Atleast the quality is 100%

Do not buy from their site

Dress comes all wrinkled, the elastic waist looks like it was washed and put in the dryer, so it’s all messed up. As the previous person mentioned, they give you the “quality control” BS and that it was inspected before it was shipped. You’re better off purchasing from a department store, the dresses come packed so much nicer. I cannot return because I purchased on sale. I was told to steam the dress. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If I could rate my experience a 0, I would.
I ordered a dress from here for
My daughters first birthday. The dress arrived beautiful packed, so I unpacked it and hung it so that the tulle can settle by the time she wore it. I took it out of the closet on 16/1 to see it, and I noticed that the dress was all damaged. At first glance I didn’t notice because the tulle covers everything, but upon further inspection I noticed the dress has a big rip, a hole, and a rip in the slip. I contacted customer service and sent them a video of the damages.
Their response was “All of our garments get a quality control check before being sent out to our customers, this would not have passed this check and we would never send out an item in such condition”. Even if this was checked it is very possible that their staff did not notice because it is not easily visible, the same way I didn’t even notice when I unpacked the dress. I requested a refund because I was appalled at the condition of the dress and I do not want to support a company who has poor customer service culture. This company does not take accountability for their mistakes, the dress is unworn and the bloomer is literally still attached to the dress. My daughters birthday is next Sunday and here I am stuck with a damaged dress.
I too work in customer service and we do online dispatching, and I can not tell you how many times we have sent goods which were faulty (because we did not notice). But the matters were always resolved. Errors do occur and this company can not take any accountability. After reading many reviews It is clear that I am not the only
person to have this experience. Maybe this company should take more accountability and stop people blaming. Do yourself a favour and go spend your money elsewhere. Sad I thought I was supporting a reputable Australian business but honestly I should’ve spent my money at the local dress store.
I am writing this as a warning not to shop here. I have already put in a complaint to fair trade NSW and I am waiting for their response. They will not get away with this and I will certainly be taking this further.

Fell apart, no response from company

First of all, these girl’s tutu’s are expensive (200.+), in my opinion. That’s ok because they are beautiful but one expects quality craftsmanship. One does not expect the dress to fall apart after two wearings. And, when one writes the company twice, we’d like a response. There is no phone support option!
My 4 year old granddaughter was so upset when the strap unraveled and we all became upset when the company would not respond! We’d never recommend nor buy again!
