Thorn in our side

Daily emails from Rachel Macneel to our business which we tried to unsubscribe from after the first email.
Well that email got bounced back to us so we have tried going through the support@... email address and we still. get the emails.
They can be pretty rude, they tend to come into the studio via a booking form which we try to reserve for actual customers and not this.
I've tried everything to stop with the sarcasm and repeated emails, but how do you stop it when the email provided just gets sent back all the time and the ones that work are ignored.
So we have decided to go via ICO now and they let us know "This legislation says that organisations must only send marketing emails to individuals if you have agreed to receive them, except where there is a clearly defined customer relationship."
So a number of things here, we HAVE NOT agreed to anything, Rachel has decided to basically spam us via work forms.
On top of that, they are going against the UK law by keep on sending these emails to us!
1st email: "I found your Instagram account on explore. Your feed is vibrant, and I loved your posts, especially your post - Bold will hold. That was incredible.
I help tattoo artists to get more reach & sales via Instagram." ????? er, ok, you don't understand our industry at all then.
2nd next day: "Hi, I hope you are doing well. I'm just following up on my email from before."
3rd, next day: "Hi, I'm sure you're busy and I wanted to make sure this didn't get buried."
4th, next day again: "I would love to help you reach a bigger audience on Instagram. Do you have time for a quick call this week?"
5th, today: We both know growing an Instagram doesn't happen overnight.
There's no magic bullet to building a recognized Instagram profile - one that everyone knows and can't wait to follow.
It takes consistent effort to create high-quality content and deliver it to the right audience over a period of time.
One secret, though? A lot of brands use Tux Media to get more real followers on Instagram."
NO, no, no, no Rachel. That is NOT how this industry works! If you are going to peddle your snake oil, do it elsewhere please. We want to be left alone!

So, tl/dr? Rachel Macneel is the bane of our lives in this company, is breaking basic laws, and is annoying us!

Best investment Ever..

Been using tuxmedia's services for about 3 months now. They have been prompt with their replies. They helped me with writing a better bio and making better covers for my instagram highlights. Now my profile looks like its created by a creative artist. Don't think twice before investing money with them.

I’m a musician and I’ve been using Tuxmedia for about 6 months now to help grow my fan base. They are super attentive to my account and helped me grow from sub 500 to over 4k IG followers now.

They have several strategies and are flexible if something isn’t working the way we expected. I highly recommend them should you be looking to connect with a team who can help you set realistic goals and achieve them.
