Superb service and quick response time
To whom it may concern.
I was most impressed with the quality of service and the response time. I am somewhere overwhelmed by new technology and I faced this app with some trepidation. The instructions were so simple, they could even be accomplished by a 10 year-old graduate cooking class.
In addition, I sent a note thinking I might need some help, there was an immediate response with an offer to him in anyway necessarily. I was very impressed and look forward to a strong relationship in the days to come.

Aside from the fact that the number of Countries and Channels to choose from is extensive and of high quality, I would rate Customer Support as THE best I’ve experienced anywhere! Service is reliable, communication is excellent. Discord server is attended to and tickets are taken care of quickly. It is affordable.
Less a star because it doesn't have catchup option and because EPG doesn't show the teams that are playing when a sport is on. It will say NHL hockey game, not Toronto vs. Ottawa for example. This creates extra clicking to find the game I want to watch when there are multiple choices. Not a huge deal but other services do provide that.
