Just can't praise enough. Opted for the pack and move service and everything, every minute detail was carried out way beyond my expectations. Diligent, efficient, considerate, polite, friendly, prompt, helpful and extremely sensible (rare commodity in these days). Moving in was incredibly easy as all the items were in the rooms as requested.
This was my 7th move, and TVC were so much better than any of the others I have used previously. Simply no comparison and all at a very competitive rate.
To say that I was delighted would be a gross understatement.

Cannot reccomend this company highly enough. I was impressed with the efficiency of the quotation process conducted by videocall, assessing the size of the vehicle and team needed. Was also impressed to be told how theyd care for my goods and property on removal day.

Removal day itself they turned up on time and lay down covers to protect carpet before setting about wrapping furniture in clingfilm or padded covering.

What took weeks to pack up took them few hours to pack the van and unload at the other destination. They even disassembled an awkward wardrobe for me which I couldn't have done alone.

They totally put me at ease and made the experience stress free.

Great service and very fast, and friendly. Had some issues with our move in day but they were happy to accommodate and be patient. Would highly recommend.

Really impressed with TVC from start to finish. They were able to accommodate a house move at only a week's notice, when no other removal company were able to do so. There were many large items and pieces of furniture that needed to be taken down 4 flights of stairs, which they did safely and with no fuss. Their customer service was exceptional and made moving day as stress free as possible. I highly recommend TVC and definitely use them in future.

When deciding on who and what to buy or use I always look at reviews to give me an indication on their performance. Well let me tell you you won’t be let down by this company led by Joel he is extremely polite, knowledgeable and empathetic to your needs. I contacted him regarding a part move and was treated with a first class service from start to finish nothing was to much trouble and items were treated with the upmost respect. We used TVC Removals in April this year to move into our new home, and would certainly recommend as a professional, efficiently reliable and friendly removal company.
We chose TVC as they provided a very informative and thorough initial quotation consultation via a video call, which provided us with confidence they had quoted accurately based on their professional knowledge. The call also instilled confidence in their Covid-safe procedures. The quote provided was also fair against with other quotes we obtained.
Joel was very reassuring and empathic to the stress associated with moving.
On the day the team arrived on time, were efficient and well coordinated, and evidently enjoyed working together as a team. They took care with our belongings, and were sympathetic to our concerns around keeping our cats safe and out of the way.
We were in very good hands throughout, and will definitely recommend to friends and family for their removal needs.

TVC Removals moved us from Cardiff to Swansea just before Easter 2021. Absolutely superb - professional, friendly and responsive. Excellent service and a very competitive price. Highly recommended

Used TVC to move house in March 2021. Even though I provided late confirmation as to the move date they were very accommodating and reassuring.

They moved a large amount of items, including fragile items and sofas and I did not have a single breakage or damage.

The staff were very helpful and asked us where we wanted each item in our new house.

We used TVC Removals to take a large house worth of stuff out of storage and bring it to our new address. They were on time, really quick and really professional. They had lots of different bits of kit to make sure that all our belongings stayed in one piece and were very tidy in the new house, making sure that everywhere that they were going had mats down.
I would definitely recommend them as the price we were quoted was on the bottom end of the scale and they offered insurance for your belongings which some companies didn't for the same amount. The three guys were also a good laugh which made the whole experience pretty much stress free.

TVC Removals were extremely friendly and professional. They made our priorities their priorities. No request was too big or too small for them, they handled our belongings and furniture with great care. We've had no breakages (and that includes a glass candle stick and grandparents china!). They went the extra mile to give very helpful advice about our packing as we opted to do it ourselves, and the dishwasher when they plumbed it in. Their communication was excellent in the run up to and during moving day. They gave us the most reasonable quote. Highly recommended!
