Terrible company that refuses to support people and makes you feel like its your fault that there service is doesn't work. Beware to anyone in Europe or North America, don't do it !!! They are scanners!!!!

Update on this. They now refuse to help until we remove bad reviews. Which seems backwards. We have mentioned that all reviews will be updated when the service is repaired or money is refunded.

I purchased 5 services from them almost a month ago for a total of almost $300 Canadian or $200 USD. To start all of this where we should have known, this was suspicious when they ask us to make payment. They ask us to not pay them as a business but as a friend and family as they told us that the fees were very big. The other way and that they had a good sad story that they would make no profit if we paid that way. So we agreed and paid them as friends and family. Which is our own mistake that we will never do again. And so now paypal will not refund the transaction. I am a single dad of 2 kids who naively thought that this would save me some money on my total bills, as we are really struggling to get bye. But instead this has turned into countless wasted hours and still no working television service.
They have constantly said that they know what the issue is and that they are fixing it. But then the same issues always arise with their new solutions. Most of the time, they are very responsive on WhatsApp. Which is one of the few positive things I can say about their service. Before purchasing, I was guaranteed that the service would work. Or I would get my money back. But they have since changed from customer service reps and one guy does not seem to honor what previous person says. Be careful out there. Learn from my stupidity, if something seems to good to be true. It probably is !!!!

Service started out great, after a month can't watch anything.. non stop buffering... recommend over 20 people.. same for everyone.. just garbage. Getting the run around on being fixed

Well, TVGolden just replied to my review. Which I appreciate.
For the last 2 days, they have said my refund “tomorrow” which never came. Yesterday, they said they could not refund me as they only have $ 12.00 dollars in their bank account BUT promised I would have my refund today. Guess what ? Refund hasn’t been received.
They indicated they have many happy customers so, now they are saying problem is on my end.
Funny how all though the four days of it not working they told me time and time again that they are working on “their product” to try and fix the issues and that they know the problem but are trying to find a fix for it !
Their reply (for all of you to read) is exactly the kind of run around they have been giving me from day one

I purchased an IPTV Service from them. Paid the $ 120.00 and got the service downloaded onto my tv.
Got it all set up and nothing but problems. Seller (TVGOLDEN). Tried and tried for four days to try and get it to work
I spent hours with them. Try this, try that but nothing ever worked as described on their website or as promised
Finally after a frustrating 4 days, I gave up with them being unable to get it working. I asked for a refund and was told, I they can’t refund right now as they only have $ 12.00 in their PayPal account
To date, I still have not received my refund
A very very questionable company and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone

Amazing TV services they provide and great customer service experience if have any technical issues and they fix it within minutes. Must recommend everyone to try there services
