Terrible company, you do not get what the picture shows, you get a much more inferior product made in China that is not fit for purpose, Company will not give you a return address and it actually comes from an Ebay seller somewhere in the South of the UK. Total Scam, you will not get a refund for the junk they send you.
Bought a paint roller pro, very disappointed with it, poor quality, not like the video shows, trying to send it back and they want photos?, anyway I personally want deal with tvhomeproducts again, will just bin the rubbish, be warned its very overrated product in my opinion.
Still waiting for a refund for goods returned to them at the end of July. Have not even received an acknowledgement of the complaint sent to them.
