Charged for items I never ordered. Refused to cancel order. Refused a refund. Offered 20% discount to keep which is a major red flag. Claimed that by opening PayPal dispute, a refund was not possible. Lots of others going back years have had the same experience. Avoid this company. It’s a total scam. Do your research.

Would rate 0 stars if it were an option. Like so many others on this site I have had a terrible experience with this company. You are tricked into buying more stuff when you x out of the extra offers and then you go directly to payment (no reviewing payment first) which comes directly out of your bank account immediately through PayPal with no option to use the credit with PayPal. I contacted their support team to ask them to cancel the order and they indicated it couldn't be done (10 min had passed from order to communication) so they said to wait for it to be delivered and then use their return process. They are clear that you the buyer have to pay to ship it back as part of the return process but nowhere does it say you can only return to Germany which would cost $190 from the US which is more than double the cost of the items. I have been back and forth with them. I am now in dispute through PayPal with them which I will escalate at this point. I did everything in good faith but they do not offer any assistance and then tell you that your return window has closed. Worst experience with an online vendor I have ever had.

I wrote a review and I did try to cancel my bad review but it’s not allowing me right now to cancel review about items being added more than I purchased. I never got the item they sent it to the wrong state. But anyway, customer service from this company called me said she was sorry she’s mailing the product out to me. My bank refunded my money to me they did try to make it right so I appreciate that. I did tell them to check their website because their website would not allow me to cancel while I was still working on the purchasing the items because it was adding more items automatically. It looks like others have had the same problem, She said it was getting all corrected and she was sorry and she mailed it out to me free of charge so I do appreciate that they do care. I ordered online one Tvidler Ear wax remover. I noticed that the order application automatically changed my to 4 Tividler products. It would not let me change the number 4ea. to 1ea. It would not let me cancel the action or get out of website. I went ahead and entered next and it charged my PayPal account $98.87. I closed the site and went to my online PayPal account immediately. I wrote PayPal
a message to cancel the Tvidler charge immediately.
PayPal took it as a dispute. I called Tvidler called Tvidler customer service which was in the Philippines' to request an address to send back 3 Tvidler ear wax removers. I was asking to be reimbursed for 3. They told me since I had a dispute through PayPal I had to wait even though they had gotten paid by Pay Pal. This went on for over for 5 week. I closed my PayPal account to prove that I didn't have an ongoing dispute. On 27 Dec 2023 after calling again an ok to return the 3 items. The return address was located in Lithuania. It was going to cost approximately $60 to $70 to mail back. I called customer service and asked why Lithuania. They couldn't give an answer. The company needs to fix the online order form so it quits changing the amount ordered. I believe that is against the law. The only highlight to all this inconvenience is all the customer service representatives were very polite. I refuse to lose more money on the return. I will never be a customer again!

I ordered 1 item priced £19.95 + £4.95 postage.They added extra items to my bill totalling £108.I paid with PayPal so have opened a dispute.Avoid this company like the plague,they're scammers.

Completely agree with other reviewers. I love google and have been using it for all of my searches for decades. However my google news feed became flooded with what I later found to be completely fake reviews for this device.

Google news shows up right on my chrome homepage, which has me questioning whether to even use google chrome as my browser.

So to be honest. I can’t review the product. I am currently fighting customer service to return my unopened product. However this customer service horror story from hell absolutely warrants this one star review.

Going to the website, you are asked to put all your information (including payment) in on the first click. At the bottom it asks for you to agree to terms of service. Clicking on this terms of service uploaded all of my payment info before I finished buying. This takes you to a second page asking you to add on extras for the item. Immediately I called customer service to cancel order and they agreed.

Later in the day I got a confirmation shipment email. I was livid and called back and now was told it was too late. Now I received the product and they sent me an already closed return link. Clicking on the link tells me the product return was already closed because it took too long even though I just received the product today and informed customer service I wanted to return.

If you are struggling with ear wax, maybe try this product, but DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM. Product is available from second hand sources like Amazon or eBay.

Ordered 1 and invoiced for 4. What can I say? I think they could be prosecuted for fraud. Terrible experience. Avoid at all cost!

100% the best scam ever. this company has the scam system perfected. From online ordering, upselling without consent, customer service, online chat, emails. Even with contacting the company moments after ordering, a 500% up sell was added to my cart by the company and with the corresponding Credit Card charge. Customer Service said they would correct my order, but it would take 24 to 48 hours to approve. Guess what? A day later customer service says that the order was dispatched and nothing could now be done. Congratulations! Stay far away from this company.
