Have account generated out of my confirm when surfing on web and realised vip membership charged 39.65 Eur from my registered card online so asked for a refund but rejected keenly by redirected to shop using this charge as credit so another 12 Eur charged to ship when submitting order after that order cancelled by the system so contacted hundred times chat as well as support email for the refund of my money .
KAI from escalation team replied finally my email confirming total 52 Eur to refund if i submit a review initially giving 5 starts and share the screenshot with them so submitted the same sharing screenshot by the email but after that no reply to none of my emails for the refund. Hope people read this real story what they scamming people’s money not delivering anything or refund the money !!!
