Dear Eva, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your purchase. :/
We always strive to provide the best possible service and quality products. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the personalization details. Our system uses the information the customer enters during the order process, and we make every effort to ensure that these details are accurate.
As discussed in our email correspondence, the book contains the exact details you entered during the order process. Before finalizing the order, you had the opportunity to review the digital version of the book to ensure all details were correct. This process is designed to give you full control over the personalization of your order. Despite this, you continued to argue that the name was wrong, even though it matched the information provided.
Even though the fault was not on our side, we offered you a discount code for a new book as a goodwill gesture. However, you declined the offer. This offer still stands if you decide to reconsider. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out via email.
Even though the book did not meet your expectations, we hope you still find enjoyment in it and make beautiful memories with it nonetheless.

Hi Jelena, thanks for the kind words. It is a special feeling knowing that one book led to another and we hope that there will be many more books in the future. :)

Super! Easy, did everything via mobile phone in under 30 minutes. Arrived sooner than expected. I only wish I could have separate delivery and invoice address cuz I sent it as a gift.

Hi, thank you for your kind words! :) We are very glad to hear you liked the entire ordering process and the book itself. Also, we would like to add that we never send the invoice within the package (it is attached in the confirmation email), so it is possible for you to order the book in your name and send it directly to the gift recipient. We hope to have many more orders from you in the future so we can make a bunch of kids happy with a unique present. :) The bestest of regards! :D

I didn't like that there is no more…
I didn't like that there is no more option for twins and also in every other story you can create baby almost like your own but with twins also not possible, they look the same. In real life there are so many twins who are different. I ordered book for twins and girl looks more like a boy than a boy do so that was disappointing.

Hi Antonia, thank you for providing us with valuable feedback on our books. Our production team takes into account every feedback they see on Trustpilot and manages their future projects to fit the needs of our customers.
It is true that we have only one book for twins, but we do plan on creating many more in the future. Unfortunately, production of just one book with only one main character takes up to a year, which is a long time and that is why we have a limited number of books in our collection.
When it comes to our personalized book "How we came into this world?", the visual difference between the baby boy and baby girl is that the baby girl has eyelashes and the baby boy does not. Also, it is possible to choose the baby's skin color, hair texture, hair color and eye color. We are aware that not all twins have similar features, so we tried to provide enough features to see the difference, at the same time not providing too much so that it becomes overwhelming to the person creating the book.
Furthermore, every customer has the ability to see their creation before buying the book so that they can decide wether it's to their liking or not. We are sorry to hear the book you bought didn't live up to your expectations, but we look forward to creating many more books for twins in the future so that we can hopefully turn your 3-star rating into a 5-star rating. :) Best regards!

Never dissapoints
Not my first story book I've ordered, certainly won't be my last. It's both easy and fast to customize your stories. The cover is always striking and to the point, the text inside is story appropriate. The print and binding is great and the cute packaging we've opted for was appreciated. I haven't read all of their stories but I'm certainly looking forward to it.
P.S.
More customization options would be deeply appreciated.
