Ordered a hoover, never came, promised a refund and never heard anything from them again disgusting customer service, do not order from them, scam all day long.

Ordered a ninja air fryer . Several delivery dates were promised non met , a refund promised if finally delivery date not adhered to. That was over a week ago . No refund , no response to emails so having to go through Amex . Scam company . Obviously hoping enough people will forgot or not bother so they retain their money . Utter scammers

Worst experience ever! I ordered a ninja airfryer I was promised various delivery dates, but it never arrived and no response to emails. I have had to report to my credit card company. Don’t ever use this company they are crap

TV shopping warehouse are atrocious.
Bought this item from them at the beginning of December, they said delivery would be by 20th, nothing arrived.
Emailed them and they said they had ran out of stock but were getting a delivery in and the item would arrive on Christmas eve at the latest.
Still did not receive anything.
No tracking information provided even though they claimed to be using DHL.
Emailed again and they said they a few items had not been delivered but would be delivered by 30th.
I again asked for tracking information but never received any tracking information.
Product still not arrived by the 30th.
But received an email asking if I was happy with the purchase and to leave a 5 star review.

This company is crap.
Take your money promise goods at bargain prices but don't deliver.
Going to have to apply for a refund from my credit card provider.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Item didn’t arrive when expected and still hasn’t arrived after waiting for 3 weeks, can’t seem to make contact with them to see what’s going on.

I bought Solinge Knife Sharpener specifically to sharpen scissors. The product details does not indicate only for scissors with certain type angle blades not for all type scissors. This sharpener will only sharpen 1 of my 5 scissors. For me, the blade on my scissors is not even touching the sharpener. The V-shape part of the sharpener is too narrow to allow all types of scissors to be inserted. It will only allow very thin type angle scissor blades. So I ask for a return/refund. I wrote at least 7 emails to their support help email and 3 times via their contact-FORM, not a single reply was made by them. Its only when I went thru my credit card to cancel the charge for product not fit for purpose, then I received a reply. I already received the credit back from card provider .Now they are trying to tell me that I dont know how to use the sharpener.

Parcel still not arrived. Is it lost or in the docks?

Took a little while to arrive. Just as described. Easy to fit.

I placed my order after seeing the items advertised on Facebook, I placed my order 2nd December, and it is now 20th December and I have still not received it. I thought this was coming from the uk. But on the tracking it is coming from abroad, if I had known this I would not have ordered them as these are Christmas gifts, but I have had to go out and buy something else as I truly thought I would get these before last weekend when my family members come quite a long distance , so this has cost me more money which at the moment money is quite short. One thing is for sure I will definitely not be ordering from here again, as I was under the impression the items were coming from the uk.

Received my products by Gingko very promptly. They were exactly as described, making fabulous gifts. Great service. Highly recommend TV Warehouse.
