Not actually used the services they provide, however have just been verbally abused on my way home from work and felt rather threatened by a young(ish) male driver in Canterbury. He even went as far to get out of the drivers seat and attempted to (I drove off before he got there) approach my car in a threatening manner. I am a young female NHS worker and have just finished a night shift, his behaviour was totally unacceptable. I understand that he has work to do, and places to be, however it’s not really the publicity you want to give your place of employment.

Only met Tony through my garage sending me to him and I have to say what a thoroughly lovely pleasant and honest man he is the work he did on our car was exceptional and explained everything he had done how he did it I will seriously consider now using Tony on all aspects of work to our car in the future

TW Surfacing have been incredibly professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Parked outside my house this morning nose into tthr kerb. Parking there, no problem,hopefully road tax paid. Parking nose into kerb with a box on the back,dangerous exit for myself and my neighbour getting off our drive as we are exiting blind. As cars race up and down 20mph lane at breakneck speeds, there is the potential for these cars to hit us before we even see them coming. I approached one bloke who was messing in the vehicle to ask him to spin the car 180 degreen, so we had a chance of at least seeing over the bonnet. Response besides a filthy look as if I was something he'd trodden in "I don't drive, but I will ask them to move it" . Been out for past two hours, got back and still in same position !!!, absolutely NO consideration given to the welfare of residents. BJ66 FHY reg.

I moved into my Brand new Taylor Wimpey house on 24th September last year. I’ve been waiting over five months to have a Snag resolved. This snag was highlighted within the first week of moving in.
I’ve called & E Mailed on countless occasions and complained.
I’ve been told they have been ‘ Logged ‘ many times, but I’m still waiting. Eventually after several months a Plumber arrived and said he wasn’t quite sure how to resolve it and left my property. Never to be seen again. After more chasing and complaining, Martin and the Site Manager ( Gilden Park , Old Harlow ) came around and said they promise to get it sorted and agreed it was very badly fitted. Then they left and never contacted me again about it.
The top of the Toilet Cistern is about an inch away from the wall. It looks awful. I can fit my whole hand behind it ? The Plumber who was sent over also damaged the plaster board behind it, whilst he was tinkering about with the Cistern.
I called to complain and Was told a plasterer and plumber would be arranged to arrive together to carry out the work. Nobody has ever since contacted me to arrange this ?
I filled out a customer feedback form and said I was dissatisfied and I’ve included a photo, to show that Martin was supposed to be investigating the issue and correcting it. This never happened. He’s useless and doesn’t care about the customers.
It’s soo frustrating and Very poor aftersales service as I shouldn’t have to continually chase TW to get the snagging carried out. I’m still currently chasing them with phone calls and E mails, still nothing being done.
Out of frustration I’ve posted all my concerns on FB, on several different sites and it’s amazing how many people have had a similar experience with TW. It’s extremely poor and unprofessional and I really hope after five long, draining months we can get this sorted. I’ve been advised to complain to NHBC and Consumer Code. It’s a shame that a single issue has caused all this bad feeling.

An awful company run by incompetent bosses. With staff that shows no respect to the public. A company that works with the public but not fit to do so.the hygiene of the staff is discutsing they havent seen a bar of soap in years. Incompetent business

From what I have witnessed on youtube, it seems that all employees are aggressive, violent cavemen

This company is unable to stopped is employees from attacking members of the public walking along the main road, outside the site. They mugged a 72yr gentlemen and stole from him.
