I booked a trip through my travel agent Lewis expedition whom booked through TWC... I paid for the trip to MOROCCO was supposed to go in Feb 2024. TWC canceled the trip to Morocco in January 2024 saying because of earthquake... My travel agent started asking for the refund. They would give us the run around. Saying they were waiting on hotels to give the money back. I emailed them in March 2024 telling them who I was. Asking when they would refund us. They would say a date and the date would come and go. To date OCT 1st 2024 they still haven't refunded our money. I was going with 2 other people. We all still haven't been refunded. They now won't answer our emails or refund our money. We are out a couple thousand dollars that they have kept. Don't book through this company they are dishonest and won't give your money back. They canceled on us and we still haven't got our money back...

Sam and his entire staff are first class. We felt 100% safe and will encourage all Americans yo visit and experience what the future will become. Never ending activities, adventures, and amazing food. TWC Holidays made sure we experienced it all. I am excited to work with Sam and his five star DMC!

Yesterday after posting my review about TWC Holidays, TWC Holidays emailed me and against the Federal Trade Commission regulations, told me that in order to process my refund, I needed to take down my review!!! And I still do not have my money! Here is the email text:

UPDATE: TWC complained to Trust Pilot that my review contained “harmful or illegal content. More specifically, that my review was “flagged as being defamatory”. An investigation was conducted by the Trustpilot Content Integrity team who requested I provide evidence of my experience. I provided it and my review was restored. TWC holidays finally deposited my refund in two installments. The first was on May 30, for nearly 1/2 the owed money (162 days /23 weeks and 1 day after my original request) and the balance on 6/13 (176 days /25 weeks and 1 day). They continue to request that I take down my reviews and have accused me of “destroying” their business.

We recently completed the 6 day UAE Highlights tour. Everything about the tour exceeded our expectations. The itinerary, accommodations and the travel experience were first rate. Our tour guide, Ejaz , was so knowledgeable, informative and well organized. He kept us updated about the schedule and activities for each day, provided a fantastic picnic lunch spread for each day, and was a wealth of knowledge regarding each area that we visited, as well as the history of the people. We learned so much from him! We would definitely recommend TWC Holidays and hope to use them again in the future.

This was our first TWC Holidays tour and it exceeded our expectations. Our accommodations in
Morocco were all first class and our tour manager, Samir , was exceptional. His knowledge of
the Moroccan history and culture really enriched our tour.

Family trip to Dubai
Nice Trip, everything was perfect. All our queries were promptly resolved and we had comfortable experience. They helped us in creating the itinerary according to us.

Booked with TWC Holidays previously and always had a positive experience. This time They were helping me to book my honeymoon and They were incredibly helpful! Would definitely recommend.

We just returned from our trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Sam was really helpful and accommodated all our needs. The itinerary gave us free time to relax and to explore the city on our own and. Our guide Tom and all the drivers were excellent. We highly recommend!

TWC Holidays
As a Travel Advisor, I took a group of 15 to Dubai for 7 nights. My first time using the services of TWC Holidays. I was nervous and unsure about TWC and none of my Advisor peers had used the services or even heard of TWC. I sought their services and prayerfully hoped for the best. I was not disappointed at all. My group varied in ages and came from various parts of the U.S. We arrived at different times and TWC had all our itineraries, our driver was there for each arrival. I stayed in touch with Sam for the entire trip, he contacted me at the end of each day to make sure the tour(s) were successful and enjoyable. Our Tour Guides were very friendly and accommodating. The service we received from everyone was superb. The 5-star hotel was excellent for our group with so much to do and see nearby. We experienced Dubai beyond our expectations. I will not hesitate to recommend TWC and definitely will use their services again. The group members had nothing but high praises after our return to the U.S.

Unfortunately we got there right after the earthquake but it didn't stop us for making the trip memorable

I truly enjoyed my trip with TWC. The trip was well thought out and the hotels were beautiful. All of the guides were extremely knowledgeable and kind. I left Morocco with a knew understanding and love for the countries people and culture. I look forward to my next trip with TWC.

We were very pleased with the itinerary Sam had, and it was a wonderful experience being in Dubai. Everything that was on the itinerary we did.

The hotels were nice but the food was like eating in a cafeteria. I was looking forward to eating good Morrocan food & we hardly ate any. Very disappointed.
I felt the itinerary was ok. Our guide could’ve done a better job talking to us about the different areas we were driving through without me having to go to my Maps app & find out. He offered little information & wasn’t very communicative with us as a group. I felt we were always having to ask the questions. We were in Morocco for a week & I didn’t feel I left knowing much about its culture, history, food, etc.. He also allowed others from the group to make decisions that affected all of us.
What I enjoyed most about the trip was meeting some great people in our group. The local guides did a good job.

TWC Holidays did a great job. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable, also friendly. Gave a lot of great tips. Always were in touch, even in the late hours. I would greatly recommend this travel company. All of their services, tours, guides, and drivers were very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sam, thank you so much.

AMAZING Trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi , This trip was exciting ,affordable and amazing.The individual in charge were very organized .Each day the iternary was posted which was very useful.
