very useful to have access to this expertise. Techs are always very helpful. Turns out Windows was updated without my knowing. Cortana disappeared from my desktop and the list of apps changed. Tweakbit was able to fix the Cortana problem and the tech explained how the layout changed. Very helpful.

TweakBit has fixed my computer twice and has done an excellent
work. It's fixed the volume issue which I'd after the Windows 10 update. Now the PC has the latest sound drivers.

Without any question,TweakBit was one of the best investments I made. With limited time and greatly limited computer skills I am now obviated from wandering into areas outside of my sphere of expertise. Rather than "googleing" for hours trying to troubleshoot a gliche or erratic behavior, one call now resolves the problem. The staff is incredibly friendly, experienced and knowledgable allowing little downtime and massive relief. As my father often said, "Never play another mans game of pool unless you love the game and are in a position to lose alot of money." This is excellent logic for those of you, like me, who may know the front end of your computer but have no idea what goes on behind the screen.
