I bought this product because of a missing mfc110u.dll file message that kept coming on starting my desktop. Tweakbit website gave me the option of either download the file or buy the product to automatically fix the problem. I bought the product and got nothing from it. I called the 888 support number twice and talked to 2 people, Also, they remoted on my computer. No solution except charging me $100 USD or may be $50, to fix it. Your website led me to believe there will be an automatic fix if I purchase the product which is misleading. I am asking for a full refund because I don't need this product and due to the misleading info.

ESET blocks TeakBit downloads
I tried the 'Driver Updater' free download link on their website.
My internet security program ESET blocked it and came up with the following warning
"Potentially unwanted content found. This web page is on a list of websites with uncertain reputation or potentially unwanted content and has been blocked"
... so you can try it, but be aware of the risk. Personally I ditched it. Drivers can be updated from manufacturers' official sites anyway.

We can assure you that TweakBit software is perfectly safe, nor does it contain any malware or viruses. Unfortunately, a false positive detection is quite common with software products and sites offering software.
