The manager is a crook

The manager has several companies that operate in the same way. This is confirmed by the online register of the British authorities and the multiple comments on "Trustpilot".

In November 2020 I ordered parts for the car from one of his companies. I didn't receive anything and they claimed my order was delayed due to COVID. After several unanswered emails, I posted a negative review.

On July 28, 2021 they asked me to remove my review in exchange for the refund. After removing my review, they told me the same day that the refund was in progress. On 16.08.2021 I still haven't received the refund and ordered them to do so immediately.

I then received the following email from them: "Hello, If you cause trouble, 1) we notify the police, 2) we publish all your personal information everywhere, we also monitor your car to be found".

I encourage you all to file a complaint against them, with the police and with econsumer.gov. Finally, I also encourage you to post reviews and your stories about this society of criminals on social media and review sites.

Use a more reputable company With better communication

Sent my car off to have work carried out, tweaked was very quick on emails at first when placing my order for the work required ( obviously wanting to get the work and money ) 2 weeks was the time expected to take but due to the headliners this was delayed up to nearly 6 weeks ( which isn’t tweaked automotive s fault & a global pandemic ) emails during this would take a day or two for a response and there is no point in using the landline as this is never answered or responded to if leaving voicemails. Such a shame as this could be a very good company if someone got a grip on the customer service.
Received the car back to have some issues with the siliconing round the air-intake ( poor workmanship ) the immobiliser already fitted was damaged which I pushed back into place, the seat had the foam pushed to the side which I can only assume someone had leant on it whilst doing the head lining,The cable for the dab antenna isn’t working ( already fitted ) and last the cable for the spotlights has been taped and not secured properly.( Pictures all sent over email )
I sent 3 emails to tweaked to only be told that the car arrived to them with the immobiliser out of place and the seat wasn’t them. But when the company used to transport the car ( organised by tweaked) picked it up these weren’t issues. Clearly not making any effort to even acknowledge damage was either done by themselves or the company they used to transport my car. I had initial response over email and told they’d look into the issue with the raised intake ( nothing else ) but 2 emails later still no reply. I think it’s a shame as I spent nearly £5900 with them just to be dismissed. I think they’re better companies to use if you want this work carried out.

Positive points is the roll cage around the front window was fitted well, extended wheel arches and the headlining apart from that I would rather give my money to another company who gave more attention to the people who are paying them for a job to be done well considering their charging so much.
