Lovely ball pit. I got it for my little boys 1st birthday. Fast service and great quality.

I would leave no stars if I could! My foam had curled in all around the top of my circle foam pit. I sent them an email and they asked for photos after sending photos across I never heard anything back from them and it has been over two weeks! Would not recommend them to anybody!! Don't waste your money

I ordered a teepee for my daughters birthday, when i ordered i waited paitently to receive the confirmation email that it stated i would receive when i made the purchase. 2 days went by and i assumed there may be a glitch in the system or things were running slowly due to the circumstances at the moment. So i contintued to wait still nothing..the payment was taken from my bank around 3 days after i originally made the purchase so i took this as the conformation my order had been accepted. Still i had no email to tell me when my expected delivery date would be. After a week of waiting with still no indication of the delivery status i emailed Tweepsy on their facebook page and through their email. I had no response in the reccommended 2 day reply status they quoted on their site. Again i emailed them, still no. I tried a final time and ive still not had a reply. My daughters birthday is Saturday and im now certain that Tweepsy have taken my money and not sent the product i ordered.

Amazing teepee bought for my daughters first birthday she loves crawling in and out of it the cushions basket and bunting are just adorable looks fabulous in her bedroom

Not overly impressed with the ball pit, or the customer service!
I had to chase the delivery and was getting contradicting answers from the guy I was speaking with and the dpd tracker.
When it was delivered, I left it to stand and take shape for 2 days before use, but it’s still not particularly square (almost two weeks on).
My babies aren’t waking unaided yet, so when they cruise around the living room or lean in to get a ball the side will completely fold in. As I told customer service, I’m well aware foam isn’t solid 🙄 but from a high quality foam I would expect more sturdiness. Ive also been reminded that apparently ball pits are for playing in, not on 🙄 but my babies aren’t tightrope artists and children are going to lean on things!
When playing in the ball pit it has tipped over a few times (luckily they’ve not hurt themselves!)
And there’s definitely not enough balls, which may partly be why it tips over as it’s not full enough. The 250 balls included don’t even fill it up halfway (despite the pictures advertised showing about 3/4 full) and apparently I should just buy more.
Cosmetically, the cover is made well but that’s about it.
Overall, I don’t think it’s worth £82.99 and I don’t appreciate the sarcastic customer service.

So glad i chose this ball pit its beautiful. Great quality.

Service was good from start to finish. I had to chase for an update on delivery as the courier website had not been updated but think thats more the item wasnt actually collected the day the senders put.
Recieved item and had to wash it as it stunk but apart from that all good both service and product.

Our ball pit arrived very well packaged and in good time. The product is as expected, looks lovely and seems secure for my baby. The only thing is it's been open 6 days now and still appears to be a funny shape from being in the box, hopefully the sides straighten over time! My baby loves this, thank you 😊
