the package arrived after more time than it said, when I called Fedex they didn't know where my order was either. It wasn't until the next day that the courier company was notified and they found him. The whole package is soaked in gasoline, everything smells like a gas station, something happened to the package and I don't think it's normal to have these problems with something that costs so much. In addition, the sneakers have defects, which cannot happen when you sell the pair for €100+. It's the second time I order, but also the last. The first experience was much better, now it's just miserable.

Initially I ordered a wrong model but they managed everything really quickly and gave me another pair made exclusively for me.
The shoes are very comfortable and high quality. I strongly recommend them.
