We had a lovely holiday, the cobalt appartment is clean and well equipped and the sea view perfect. We were a family of five so space was a little tight and due to the remote location a car is essential. The town of Costa Calma is about 10 minutes by car and there are loads of nice beaches to visit. The information pack provided was fantastic with lots of ideas for places to visit. For a peaceful and relaxing holiday, I would highly recommend it.

We spent a magnificent holiday in the apartment with spendid unspoiled ocean view, situated just outside the city of Costa Calma and within walking distance of the Sotavento beach windsurf rental.

We found it to be at a competitive price point and enjoyed Elisa's personal approach with extensive information and clear instructions.

We stayed in Cobalt apartment in Residence Playa Paraiso near Costa Calma. We had a such a good time. Elissa was very responsive to our queries. The apartment was so comfortable and had fabulous views. At first we were not sure of the location but once we found the paths to the beach and across to Costa Calma, we absolutely loved it as was so peaceful. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed sea dipping there on less windy days. The pool was a bit chilly in Feb but nice for a short swim. Thankl you Elissa for a great stay we will be booking again!

We had an amazing weekend in TwentyFirst Living’s property. Elisa was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed very much.

This is our second visit to Palm Garden and what a brilliant location just a stones throw from a fantastic beach. Our apartment was clean tidy and had everything required for a self catering break although there are some superb bars and restaurants in the immediate area.
Overall another great stay and will definitely return in the future

The manager is very nice and answers questions very quickly.
Outside of the holiday season it was very quiet and you could relax really well.

We absolutely recommend the cobalt apartment as we have passed an amazing week! It was really cute and beautiful, well equiped and with a stunning view!! Perfect balcony to see the sunrise and take your aperitif :). Moreover it is really well situated as it is only 15 minutes from the beach of sotavento and the Rene Egli station.Especially if you do windsurf or kite it is perfect as you can see the conditions and be prepared!
Elisa was always really helpful and was responding really quickly. We are looking forward to returning!!

The apartment was very clean with well-functioning internet and kitchen. The terrace has a stunning view on the ocean. I spent there one week, partially home office, partially vacation. I can really recommend that place. I will definitely come back one day

Spacious flat with amazing view. It’s all very clean and nice, the kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine. The terrace is spacious with incredible view on the coast. I couldn’t recommend more this flat. The tenant are very nice and responsive.

The flat has an amazing view over the ocean, best thing you can have as soon as you wake up in the morning.

We found a wonderful and unique location with sea view and huge terrasse. The Green room had everything inside which was needed. Host was available and very much helpful whenever needed. Only one Whatsapp was enough and we always received prompt reply. We can fully recommend 1st Living and the Green Room in Residence Playa Paraiso!!

We stayed 3 weeks in one of the apartments from twenty first living.
It was a great stay , we enjoyed every single day !
Everything was very clean and the communication with one of the managers, Elisa, was also very easy and we didn't have to wait for an answer .
We would definitely recommend it for future guests and would love to come back ! 😊
PS: and it's only a 10 minutes walk to the beach and it's not in one of the typical "touristic places" , what we really appreciated!

We spent a great holiday in this apartment. There is a full kitchen, big bathroom and nice terrace. This place is close to amazing sand beaches. All communication with the landlord was kind and helpful. I warmly recommend.

We rented an apartment in Playa Paraiso Residence 3. Not the newest building, but all comfort is present as you would expect on a holiday residence in such an environment. Situated in a higher part of Costa Calma you have an amazing view over the ocean and Costa Calma down low. Only accessible by car, but then again it's worth it, waking up in the morning and overlooking the ocean and beach, 500m from where you're drinking your morning cup. The wind is always there but that's Fuerteventura, and in the end you're happy to be cool at night.

Everything in the apartment is present to feel at home; from spices to soap and towels, a good television and a good shower. The residence we rented was very well taken care of by the owners.

The landlady (by email but she's a boss) and household are absolutely fine people and easy going, my compliments for that.

We would definitely consider a return in the future
