I brought The B52s bouncing off the satellites LP that comes with a bonus 7'' Record . The Bonus 7'' didn't arrive with the order. I have emailed 3 times and have rang customer service 4 times and nothing has happened. This company is a rip off .DONT BUY FROM HERE

Just A Verified Twát Business Whom Does Not Have Contact Details That Are Accurate Only Inaccurate So That Living Musicians Can Not Contact Them, Only Artificial Intelligence Musicians Whom Are Just Not Intelligent

I bought a Vinyl "Divide" and I have been given a code to enter in their website to download a digital copy which does not work at all. I asked for help and I did receive nothing to sort out the problem. Not recommended. Stay away from warnerartist.net

I have ordered from this website three times now and had a different result every time. Last year I ordered 3 band tops and a hoodie, and they arrived on time and were of good quality. Then I tried to order again a little while later and after a month went by I logged in to find my order had been cancelled, without any notice or anything from them. Now I thought this might have been a one off so tried again later in the year and the items I ordered again didn’t arrive, so after a few more weeks I sent multiple emails to find out what was happening, firstly asking for information, second one why the items hadn’t been shipped yet after so long had passed and finally if I could get a refund instead because the order still hadn’t even been dispatched. I didn’t receive a single email back from them.
So I took it as a loss, thought they had took my money and I wasn’t going to see the items I ordered but then randomly a couple of weeks later they arrived, and don’t get me wrong the items were again of good quality but overall I was waiting 2 months for it to arrive with no replies from the site at all. If it wasn’t for the quality of the clothes I’d rate it 1 star, but I definitely won’t order from Warner again.
