I ordered a 10 ml decant of Xerjoff Torino 21 (Order #1173).

I know the real Torino 21 very well. What arrived smells nothing like it. It has the typical thick, synthetic, oily character of cheap “inspired by” / Essence Vault-style fragrance oils that you find in many Arab clone brands. Both my wife and I independently confirmed it is not genuine Xerjoff juice.

When I raised this, the seller (Craig) sent photos of a real bottle and box from the same batch and claimed other people had no issues. Photos of a bottle do not prove what was actually poured into my decant.
I offered to return the product at my own expense for a full refund. He refused, saying he cannot accept opened fragrance.

He then asked me not to leave a negative review because it would damage his small business.

This is unacceptable. If you sell expensive niche decants you must stand behind what you send. Showing a real bottle while delivering something that smells completely different is exactly how trust is destroyed.

I will not buy from TwentyTwo Scents again and I strongly advise others to be extremely careful.

I'm surprised there are no reviews here for this amazing small company who decant authentic high-end fragrances for those of us wanting to test first before splashing out large amounts of money. My first order came promptly, and most importantly, was authentic, as I had the original but bought what I thought was an original on Ebay. In the last two weeks I've placed another 4 orders, 1 sample pack with about 7 scents, 1 small amount of a conventionally priced scent and 2 high end in the largest decant. Those last two were based on the sample they "scent" me so they know how gain repeat custom. I'm very pleased with all aspects of my interaction with them.
