Teleurstellende service

We kochten online een setje oorbellen als verjaardagscadeautje voor de vriendin van mijn dochter. Het was een promotie die binnen haar budget viel. Het zwarte zirkonia steentje viel al na een week uit de oorbel. Ik kreeg via de vriendelijke klantendienst eerst een fout ticket voor retour gemaild, daarna het juiste. Ik vroeg een nieuwe set van de oorbelletjes die online nog voorradig waren. Ondanks deze vraag werd het aankoopbedrag teruggestort. Door het tijdverlies van het verkeerde retourticket bleken de oorbelletjes plots niet meer voorradig. Ik heb nog gevraagd of ik binnen hetzelfde budget een soortgelijke set oorbelletjes zou kunnen bekomen. Hiervoor wilden ze geen oplossing meer zoeken. Heel teleurstellend...
