It's been over a month now since I ordered my bands! I have set numerous emails. I haven't received any response. But u didn't get an email when they took my money! Please stay away from this company! Doesn't seem legit.... My loss is your gain
Purchased several resistance bands for my training company. All of the light (yellow) bands snapped after a few sessions. 3 of the grey (medium) snapped but none of the black (heavy) bands have torn. I train kids & teens aging from 4-17. The bands should not have ripped that easily unless my workouts are just that intense for those poor kids.
I sent in the money for the bands to be shipped to me not wanting to sign up to see if this was scam of sorts, The reply was sent immediately with a. tracking number. However, after three weeks, in checking for delivery the notice shows they are still stuck in the postal system. I emailed this company twice with no reply. I may change my review if I get any reply but this is not how you do business and now I have probably wasted my time and money. Can't even write about the product.
I bought into the program but when I went to login my malware/antivirus software went nuts. Their member site is infested with trojans (worse than malware). I alerted them to this and they ignored me.
I have not logged in and will not while their systems are not secure. I requested a full refund after waiting over a month for their response to my initial emails.
If they can correct this, I will change the review. I am not hopeful they will respond.
Not worth the money. They give you 3 small bands and constantly ask you to sign up for their monthly program. The bands are cheaper online and why would you pay that much for an online program that you can just learn from youtube.
