I was invited to a group to perform Umrah but quickly discovered they aren’t equipped to look after my needs and my husbands. We both have health needs which made it hard for us to go Umrah. The company said we should join this group going in September and used the pretext that we’d be looked after and wouldn’t be doing it alone which is why we agreed. However, they weren’t transparent or flexible. They first only accepted to put me on the group chat only when I paid the full amount. Once I did that and was put on the group, I discovered that the group was set on a plan that would not meet my needs. Given the fact that I needed to rest after long flights and that we were going to do it straight away, I could see that this will harm my health so I requested for some time and was told that if I was going to stay at the hotel, I wouldn’t be able to do Umrah most likely so this caused pressure for me to be ok 100% after a flight that may or may not go smoothly and effect my health. This advice was contradicting the help that I was offered at first and yet, it could have of been avoided if they were honest with me about how they laid out their umrah packages. I assumed that 5 days in each city would mean flexibility.
I am still awaiting a refund that they offered but as time went by they made excuses of why I could not get it and chances are I won’t get much now or at all. Thats over 2000 pounds gone. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you are self reliant to some extent.
Things they can improve on is do a health assessment if vulnerabilities are identified; be transparent with the person and not ignore key questions or dismiss their fears; also do be honest because as time went by their assurance of help became nothing more than wishful thinking; provide contact with the tour guide so measures can be in place. Lastly, please do not pressure people. When I initially told them that it might be difficult to pay, I felt overwhelmed and this was confounded more by the fact I was given only a skeleton plan of everything or wasn’t even put in the group to begin with to see if I’d get along.
Overall, I feel disappointed and saddened that I had to withdraw because it is best to leave a group then end up in hospital in another country. I couldn’t risk pushing myself. May Allah invite me again ameen

Planned for Egypt - Ahmed contacted me randomly - so I decided to trust on them and after long discussions - Ahmed gave me very good price for my flights - so I gave him chance to Plan for whole Egypt - cairo/Luxor/Aswan - all inclusive and I am glad I got very good price including transport - Much appreciated their manager Omar for his support - I am hoping for great experince - but all Major booking is done after long selection from my side and choice of my hotels.
