Felicity in Pine Island

Just spent a week at Felicity in Pine Island, overall the house was great, very clean and comfortable. Future renters should just be aware of a few problems. The kitchen refrigerator, a SubZero side by side, did not work. The refrigerator never got below 48 degrees and often was reading around 50. Food was definitely not cold and all perishable items had to be stored in the smaller fridge on the ground level which was inconvenient to say the least. Also neither outdoor grill worked. Lastly, using two showers simultaneously on the 2nd level (the king bed room and next door queen) caused the king shower to shut off.

We stayed at the vintage views

We stayed at the vintage views. Everyone should be aware that there is one bedroom that you step down into it. There is no warning, no sign, no bright tape across floor of doorway or anything. I fell hard. Is taking many chiropractor appointments that my insurance doesn’t pay for. Please be careful. Otherwise lovely home
