I have been renting from Twiddy for about 17 years and every year they give me excellent customer service and a clean well furnished home. And if anything g is wrong they fix it pronto ! It makes our vacation wonderful
From the start.

Twiddy has always been of great help in fulfilling our rental needs. Last year we rented a house that allowed one small dog. Our son and family surprised us by getting his own small dog which meant needing to have two or board one. The Twiddy rental representative contacted the owner and worked everything out for us. What made this remarkable was that they did this during their busy cleanup from a hurricane. If you are going to the Outer Banks - go to TWIDDY.

Twiddy is the best realtor we ever worked with at OBX and we have used 3 other agencies. We found the staff consistently helpful and pleasant, even when issues with our rental came up. These repairs were relatively minor but were addressed quickly.

We have been renting from Twiddy for 16 years. Typically the property we rent is in good condition with lots of amenities. There has never been an issue that was not resolved quickly and professionally. The front desk staff makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive, and the house is always immaculate upon check-in. Always a pleasant experience, otherwise we wouldn’t have been repeat customers for 16 years!! 😊

Very responsive to questions and rental was pretty accurately represented in advertising literature.

The office staff was awesome. The house was another story. Upon arrival we spent several hours cleaning up the outside of the home. The front entrance was terrible. The front door was covered with dead bugs and spider webs. So bad that nobody wanted to touch the door knob. We used scrub buckets, rags and brooms to clean the entrance. Pool area was even worse. I certainly don't blame Twiddy, I blame maintenance and housekeeping for this. We have stayed at this house several times, it just needs better maintenance. Twiddy did refund our cleaning fee, but as guests we should not have to scrub parts of the house before we could enjoy our vacation.

Twiddy does a great job making the stay care free. They take care of any issues immediately. We've rented for several years and will continue to do so in the future.

The team at Twiddy is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The house that my family rents is always in great condition and if a problem arises it is immediately resolved.

Everything was exactly as expected and advertised. The house was in fantastic shape, and we had an excellent week at the beach. The check in process and staff were streamlined and friendly- and everything was set to the point we had no need for them the rest of the trip! What more can you ask for!

Twiddy has always been very helpful and courteous, even when we had to contact the owners about changing our reservation. Good response for any problems with the house. Easy to make reservations and payments. I especially like the email reminders about our reservation. We have rented from them for at least 15 years. Good people to work with!

I have been using Twiddy for my vacation rental company for many years and have found them great to deal with. My rentals have always been in top shape upon my arrival and the personal at their check in office are very knowledgeable and helpful. They keep in touch throughout the year with emails on the status of you account and send me reminders of when your rental will be available for you. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental at the Outer Banks.

We have been renting at the Outer Banks for the past 17 years- We have used Twiddy for the past 14 years and would recommend them highly- They make the rental process very easy and you have access to search for exactly what you want in a beach rental- They answer all phone calls very promptly and follow up in a very timely manner-We look forward to our beach vacation every year and appreciate Twiddy!!

We have been vacationing in OBX for a decade and have rented through three different agencies. In my opinion, Twiddy has the best of the best in terms of rental options, they provided the best customer service and they were extremely attentive and timely when we experienced an issue during our vacation last year related to HVAC.
