Twinings cold infuse.
In an age where we should be moving towards plastic free goods, Twinings have taken a backwards step in packaging multiple teabags in a plastic tub (instead of their normal card boxes) and their individual teabags in a plastic packet (instead of the normal paper packets). Absolutely no need for this whatsoever. The drink tastes great (was purchased for me and not by me) but I won't be getting this again in its current packaging form. Seems odd they sell a keep up for tea which is better for the environment but then knowingly release this product. Not actually sure what the teabag itself is made of but again looks to be some sort of plastic mesh unlike a standard teabag. Disappointing.

I only ever drink Twinings, & recently I decided to change from their tea bags to their loose leaf teas - so far I have not been disappointed.

I have got a number of their Premium Black, Discovery Collection, Classic & Origin teas & I have been happy with each one; I don't drink Green Tea or White Tea (they just don't suit me) & I am definitely a strong tea with plenty of milk kinda girl.

Their ordering is straight forward, their delivery turn around is usually pretty quick (I ordered something on the 26/12/2018 & it arrived on 31/12/2018), but the order I made on the 31/12/2018 is a little slower in arriving, as it's now 05/01/2019 & it still isn't here, but I'm optimistic that it will be here today, or Monday 07/01/2018 - if not I will have to get in touch with Customer Services to find out what the delay is, as I have never waited more that 5 days for delivery.

I am very happy with Twinings online services & I am very happy with their products. I would definitely recommend buying online if you are unable to find the items you are looking for on the High Street, because there is very little, if any difference in prices, although online you get better deals from time to time - so that's when I tend to do my tea ordering.

Their peppermint tea was the fist of this type I tried, I thought it was very good. I will purchase some more

I'm not very impressed. I paid for 3-5 day shipping, not realising that this is 3-5 days after they get round to sending your order. It took them 5 days to actually ship the item and 10 days after placing the order I have still not received it.

Not only that, but the stock showing online is not real-time stock. Tea that was in stock when I placed my order was out of stock when they finally got round to filling my order. They instantly gave me a refund without any option to order a different product. So now, I'm paying just under £4 shipping for fewer packets of tea. This makes the tea more expensive and not what I budgeted for.

I've been ordering from Twinings.co.uk for over 3 years now and not once did the company let me down. I've made transactions from the Philippines for delivery to Italy and so far it's always been successful! I would highly recommend this site!

Have used a few times now. Always as gifts for people in the UK. They are always very happy when they receive a Twinings parcel. Quick delivery. I will soon be ordering for a delivery to Denmark now that we can order tea without having to declare to the danish tax authorities!

Superb products, prices and customer experience even when ordering internationally.

I placed an order not even expecting it to arrive before Christmas (placed my order on the 20th and chose standard shipping), but it was delivered within 24 h!! I was so excited and I absolutely love love LOVE the teabox I received. Really great quality, lovely selection of tea and all around really great experience ordering on the site <3<3

Great company

Some black tea I bought didn't taste so good so I got in touch with customer service, sent a sample back and they sent me some nice samples of different varieties to try and also they sent 8 pounds in gift vouchers to spent on what I wanted in the Twinings range.

I dont like their black tea, gives heartburn but their customer services are excellent, and they make decent herbal teas. Theyre a more expensive brand than others but the quality is generally really good and recommend them,

Ordered a number of green teas online from Twinings, fast service and great product. Bakewell tart tea is just delicious

Ordered some cute tea glasses and a caddy and 20 teabags - which came in individual sachets! - and was happy with everything.
