Customer service was very helpful
Customer service was very helpful. They got to the point and there was another a long conversation. They were able to help me very quickly solve my issue! They came to a quick solution as I worked through some things with my subscription. I wish I could have been refunded more because I haven’t been able to use the account, but I understand there are limits. I am grateful for what they were able to help me with!

They have been charging my credit card…
They have been charging my credit card for more than a year and half with no activity. I don't even remember signing up for the paid service. I asked for a refund for some of this time but it was declined.
