Took $800.00 & fixed nothing. Just wanted more & more money. Should be named TWEEKER AUTO he is a dope fiend...

Caleb knew I had to pick up some dogs and neither of my vehicles were running. He came over and assessed everything and told me what was wrong. He came back the next morning and put on a part so one vehicle could run until the parts come in. He hardly charged me anything. I will go to him from now on. He figured out what the dealerships in our state couldn't but all they will do is run a diagnostic and then say I can't figure it out or want to charge me $4400 with a warranty. Caleb is honest and hard working. He will find your problem and fix it.

I don't have a defender but I do have a land rover. Some little tyke had tried to break into my front passenger door, dislodging the cover on the door lock. I had an idea how to put it back on, but I was concerned that I would snap the little plastic clips. Went to the industrial site and they were amazingly generous and clipped it back into place for me. There was a knack and I would never have managed. Would not accept payment. How fab is that.

I live in Switzerland, and having taken my Defender to a rip off company (Tweaked Automotive) I had to use lawyers to recover the vehicle for delivery to Twisted.

Twisted Automotive are wholly reliable.

They are expensive, but every cent is well spent.

They are:

- deeply knowledgeable on the Land Rover Defender brand,
- transparent as to the work required, including costings,
- communication is prompt and transparent.

-Customer centric organisation
-Desirable brand image ( you just want to have a Twisted over and above one from any other Defender "make over company")
-Twisted is a manufacturer who develops and engineers in-house. Others are merely adding OEM parts.
-After market care of your investment is as important as buying the right car. Twisted understands this, and has the right skills in-house.
-Twisted is in the game for the long run with a vision and mission

Incredibly knowledgeable team and by far the best built Defenders in the world! You get what you pay for...Attention to detail is second to none. Love the products.

All my dealings with Twisted Automotive have been excellent - particularly with Charles, the workshop technicians & reception.
I had previously owned a used Twisted Defender and liked the idea of having one built exactly to my own spec.
Sam Greenwood was particularly helpful and was largely responsible for giving me the confidence to order my new Twisted Defender a couple of years ago.
The vehicle was built to a high specification and has given stalwart service- having now completed almost 20,000 miles.
What other Defender could be used for a 600 mile round trip from Lincolnshire to Devon & back in one day ?
Will continue to make the pilgrimage up to Thirsk annually for MOT and service - to keep the Twisted service history intact.

Great in town
Great on country roads
Solid on the motorways

An excellent product. When there was a fault or something needed fixed/replaced then Twisted were very quick to replace and repair without trying to hide and could not have been more helpful
