I'm a horse person
I'm a horse person. Purchased Men's Cowboy Work Boots made by "TWISTED X." Model #MCW0005. Saddle Vamp, Round Steel Toed, Cognac color with DARK GREEN SHAFT that was embroidered. They had GREAT work boot SOLES and were a BEAUTIFUL work boot I'd like to purchase again. HOWEVER, "ONE" boot TURNED TO AN EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE "LIGHTER" GREEN SHAFT. I contacted Twisted X maker aka manufacturer. To be told, and I quote, "It is not a manufacturer issue." Seriously?!!! Then what is it?! These boots were always worn with jeans over, like that should matter, and never left in sun if that would matter either!! Sure wish I could attach a photo with this review, if ya can I do not know how to do so as I would really like to attach photo! Sent photo to local seller and they had nothing to say other than currently they are not carrying that model as they were the ones who gave me model # and confirmed size of boot purchased from them. Has anyone ever heard of such an experience one boot changing to an EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE lighter color and then to be told by maker it is not a manufacturer issue?!! Then what is it?!! Really sad as I loved those boots. SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!
