After a lot of searching for some Twitch graphics, I finally lapsed on Tactical-lion. Up and running within 24 hours, with special back and forth, and swiftly conclude over with a product I was looking foregoing to using. Will use in the future for sure!

Thanks for taking the time to work through all of my revisions. I know that sometimes i can request a few too many but that's probably just my OCD kicking in as i don't want to keep looking back at my artwork and being like gerrr that isn't in line with that ha!

This may be a long review so apologies in advance. I was invited to write this review after my artwork was completed.

It took awhile to decide to purchase from you guys after contacting a few companies i finally settled on you. The reason for this was mostly based on your portfolio and the price A lot of the artwork i saw in the profile did happen to be along the lines of the artwork i was looking for; that being dark and grungy but with colorful highlights either lime green or yellow.

After i submitted the artwork i get an email from an artist on the 4th working day with the first draft of the artwork. This was provided on Dropbox and i was able to comment directly on the artwork. I placed my list of revisions and sent and email back.

The artist got back in touch and worked through all of these edits before i had to approve this again before he went on to mock up the bundle in this style. I loved the bundle straight away the only few items i needed changing was my overlay and intro. I did provide a soundtrack for the guys to use on my intro but they didnt use it as i could not provide the license for this to proove that i can use it. This wasn't an issue as i will just put this on my self in after effects later.

With regards to the overlay i was happy to see that this was modular but i did need to tweak the webcam. I do use a 4:3 webcam as i dont feel the 16:9 is needed . I wanted them to add last donator and top donator underneath the webcam which they did.

After this i then asked as to how long i have to provide them with any more revisions that i needed and they emailed back and stated 7 days. I felt that this was more than enough time to review all of my artwork. They also stated that if it is a small tweak they will be able to fix this for me.

tldr: Great artwork and positive revision system. The only thing i would like they to improve on would be to provide me with access to some documentation or a help desk where i can find how to apply my POPUP tiles as i havn't used streamlabs yet.

I enjoyed their high level of professionalism in carrying out their design. Their design is superb that i don't have to ask for modification. Seeing just their draft alone showed me that they're in for business. I recommend them any day and sincerely wish to patronize them again.

The graphics that were created for me came out fantastic. I created a twitch account in dedication for a friend who passed away recently. I have no artistic ability and really wanted a special logo and graphic for the channel. I ordered from TacticalLion and they took extreme care with creating my graphic and talked with me the whole time to ensure that it was indeed what I wanted. My twitch channel is FlyHighTay for anyone interested.

I only have one minor issue and it was that the overlay given to me cannot be used for league of legends due to how it was created, but overall it wasn't a big deal.

The artwork which I was presented with was super amazing. Time frame given was something like 5-7 working days for them to complete the work. I had to wait quite a bit longer than the given time-frame to receive the artwork. Im not super mad at this because I was in no rush to receive the artwork, but if I needed the artwork on time, the rating would probably have dropped to 2 stars since it really did take long for them to get back in touch. They did get back to mention that my reply E-Mail was sent to their junk folder, and that's why it took them long to respond. But I would still have expected a sooner response.
I've ordered from TLD in the past and was extremely happy, especially since I bought one of those social media packs that included Twitch, Twitter, G+, Facebook and YouTube artwork. And they did not disappoint at all on that job. So it probably was just a busy time / My E-Mail not reaching them.

I am thoroughly thrilled with my design from Tactical lion.

The Artist has done a very profession job and is very knowledgeable in design. The design process took 5 days, and the updated version took 2 more. I then even asked to change one more thing from them and they did it the next day without any complaints!

If there was one thing I could say for improvement is an email from the designer when you place an order saying they have started as well as when you email for changes to the design, a reply stating that the email has been recieved by the designer. This just saves me asking on twitter to make sure that they have received it.

Other than this I love my design and will be recommending tactical lion to other users of twitch.

The reason for 2 stars. I got some of the work but the work was not completed nor fixed.

The Story behind it: Heard lots of great reviews on the site and was referred over from a fellow streamer. Worked with them on the order and starting process for their complete package (Which is the most expensive and complete order on their site) and had a plethora of issues with the order. (In the end the order took 2 months to complete because of Artist lack of communication and issues.) In the end I had asked for a few more edits or the ability to do it ourselves and in the end it was never completed, they completely stopped replying to emails. We do currently used what graphics were completed, however we never received the final products that were supposed to be included in the order.

Initially we asked for a Rune Mage theme, the first image that was brought up was a very heavily copyrighted image from Wizards of the coast which I strictly said not to use, at this point I realized the artist was not creating a new set of imagery he was looking to use pre-made graphics set with a changed background. I provided a few examples and one of the examples was used instead of a new design. Very Lazy work that was done overall. Tactical Lion Never Offered to fix the issue after multiple complaints or assign another artist to the work. I don't think I'd ever use such a service again.

Tacticalliondesignservice was truly great. Due to a high volume of orders they were slightly delayed on responding to my request for an upgrade to my package. Instead of just saying sorry and quoting a price they just upgraded my package for free which shows a real dedication to service. When my project was complete I asked for some slight alterations and I also asked about some additional work I wanted to order. The responded quickly and made the adjustments I requested and completed the additional project for me again, free of charge. The constant communication and dedication to their customers is a model for other graphic design artists to follow.

Well what can i say apart from i wanted some nice artwork and they 100% did not disappoint.

I was a little anxious at first as i have never bought artwork before online but they were fast to deliver, straight to the point when talking about designs and the artwork come out beautifully.

Was a bit weary of the service having never done anything before like this, but pricing is very reasonable and absolute quality standard of work, great job!

TLDR: Awesome service, Friendly staff and fundamentally the perfect package.

I wasn't 100% what company to use when searching for artwork as this is the first time i have purchase artwork for my online personality. After finding TL for my artwork i spoke to a member of staff on their live chat system and they were able to confirm that they were able to create the artwork in both the style i wanted and the logo i had in mind.

With this conformation i picked the standard delivery as i was in no rush and they got the artwork back to me within the estimated delivery windows (5 days) and i was happy with the initial results. I then went ahead and chose one of the 5 drafts they sent me and this allowed them to go ahead and create the rest of the artwork in that color scheme.

After receiving the full bundle i was more than happy i went ahead and also purchased the YouTube bundle (I purchased the Twitch Bundle originally.)

I only have good things to say about Tacticalliondesigns. I placed my order with expedited delivery and everything was finishing 4 working days later. I noticed on twitter some people getting confused with their delivery methods but i found this easy to understand

The estimated delivery date is based on the first draft then after that they will make the changes to the artwork asap for you.

I received my first draft after two working days which was within the "1-2 working days" i paid for at the checkout. After this they then worked thought all my edits (i had a few) over the next two working days.

I am very happy with both my LOGO and my overlay artwork.

Having looked though lots of companies and contacting most of them i opted to go for Tacticalliondesigns first due to the fact that they responded to my query fast and seemed the most professional.

My artwork was a relatively simple design and i gave the artist pretty much free reign on this apart from that i wanted it related about the games i stream. These range from MOBAS to FPS.

After sending in the request to took around 3 working days for them to get back in touch with me. This was fine as it states in the order information that this could take 4-5 days to see the first draft.

I was happy with the initial response and asked them to proceed with draft 2 of the 3 they provided. Another few working days later they then showed me the full bundle and i loved it.

I had some tweaks needed to my YouTube intro as they forgot to include the song which i wanted but once i provided them with the license to prove i can actually use it with no copyright claims they were more than happy to include this.

I would 100% recommend this company to my fellow streamers and i enjoyed the whole process.

I loved working with the artist on the on our artwork. I haven't a weird picturing making and i found it very hard to explain. After a couple of revisions the artist managed to get it right! I did describe it in a lot of detail so that is forgivable haha!

After the logo was finished up they then designed the rest of my twitch bundle and 95% of the items that i received i liked! I did need to rework a few items on our overlay.

Would 100% come back if i needed any more revisions and a YouTube Bundle.

When I first became curious about commissioning layouts for my channels, I wasn't sure where to start. Somehow through fate I was matched up with TacticalLionDesigns and the rest is history.

This company goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call to make sure every customer is satisfied.

I was overwhelmed with ideas but that made ZERO difference in the process as I was consulted every step of the way and improvements weren't made unless I gave the go ahead

I was VERY particular, picky and at times completely hard to please. What did I get for that? Complete patience and I could feel the desire of TLD to get it down to what I, the customer, wanted and nothing short of that goal.

Somewhere down the line I think a customer wonders if a service they're paying for is worth the money if they're not able to directly measure/view what they're getting, and believe me when I tell you it's worth every single penny.

You should only even be considering this place if you want a generic, lazy logo with little to no design/effort.

The communication on their end is HORRID. It took them four days to even respond to my order. Not only is their customer service terrible, but they also are advertising for services they don't provide. I'd had multiple orders done in the past from other people/places and none of them have ever denied work. The work was not only denied but the artwork I currently have and use (submitted as reference material) was insulted and referred to as Chibi/Cartoon when it is neither of those.

The person who emailed me (who refused to even leave their name) also tried to tell me it says on their site they don't offer custom designs with actual characters, yet NO WHERE on the order page does it say or suggest this. Unless it's buried somewhere in FAQ, or as fine print this was a straight up lie. (I went back to TRY and find it but couldn't) Some of the worst people I've ever dealt with and a complete waste of time. There are FAR BETTER options out there!

TL:DR; Rude staff, terrible communication, and lazy designs. Look elsewhere.

**UPDATE** I just want to add that 5-6 months later they have now attacked my review trying to state that it was fake. I've uploaded evidence against them now. Looking at the reviews I'm in awe. This place had 7 or 8 reviews at the time I reviewed, mostly all negative. Now there are a spam of generic reviews to try and overlook the fact they are a terrible service, and they are now attacking those warning others of this fact. I HIGHLY recommend staying far away from them! You can get far better work done at much better prices!

Tactical Lions Designs has a unique combination of creativity and professionalism. They designed a series of few products covers for me that were both spectacular, on time and within their estimated cost. They have an excellent method of identifying their clients needs and they then goes about creating a series of choices for each project. I am very grateful to have found them. I will be using for all of my future products cover projects and highly recommend working with Tactical Lion Designs for any graphic design work.
