horrendous customer service

The most absolute TRASH, unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered! Ordered a pre-order item. I inputted my shipping information correctly, when my order was out for delivery via UPS i noticed the address was incorrect. Contacted UPS who told me that the sender needed to contact them to make the address correction. The amount of disrespect i have received in an email was beyond my belief! They would not assist me and proceeded to BLAME me for inputting an incorrect address. When i emailed them back with screenshots of my initial order indicating correct shipping address they replied back to me with "stop emailing us and read there is nothing we can do for you". Absolute insanity coming from a business customer service! NEVER EVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! BEWARE!
